I saw a sharp animal's claw on the tree. Maybe Grandma was right. There's a monster in here and maybe the monster she was talking about was the wild animals that's wandering around the place. I lifted my hands and softly touch the claw on the tree. This animal must be huge because of the size of the carved claw on the tree. "That is the reason why you are not supposed to be here," I almost jump when someone talked behind me. I turned around and I saw Alqamar with his white shirt and faded jeans on. All the clothes that he wears always suits him.

Jay closed his eyes and Mj took the opportunity to jump forward onto the branch of the tree directly across from the now melancholy hunter. “Marnie you don't understand…” Jay began to speak but was cut off when Mj grabbed the trunk of the tree she was in and launched her leg out planting her foot in the center of Jay’s chest and shoving him from the branch he was on. A river cutting through stone. Then a massive oak tree. Its trunk is split clean down the center, blackened along the jagged seam as if lightning once struck it from sky to root. The top half leans precariously but still lives, branches heavy with leaves.

I’m below a tree, an oak tree. The realization sends a shot of sobering adrenaline through me, and my mind emerges from the haze—it’s not just any oak tree. It’s our oak tree! I’m laying at the tunnel entrance, but how did I get here? Who brought me here? Why am I naked? Why can’t I move?
