Unicorn Shifter Academy Novels & Stories

Little Charlie approached me and nuzzled his little furry face against my hand and with one last glance he ran back to his new family The rest of their little pack gave me a nod in order to acknowledge me before they left as they came leaving me with two angry wolves How peachy "Why didn't you inform me of this Andrea. Why didn't you tell me that their was a pup that had shifted? Do you know how dangerous things could have gotten if that pup died or if something happened to it" Xerxes yelled "Do you know of the big opportunity that the lack has just lost you filthy human. Can't you think with that brain of yours for once We could have made a name for ourselves better yet we would have earned

Zane kicked up his stand, his eyes locking onto the open stone archway that led out to the academy’s winding racetrack. The circuit was a treacherous stretch of sharp hairpin turns and steep drops, engineered specifically for high-ranking shifter bloodlines possessing the wolf reflexes required to survive high-speed spills. With a harsh twist of his throttle, Zane tore out of the garage bay first. Adrian engaged his clutch and launched right after him, the rest of the squad falling into a tight, synchronized formation behind them like a pack of hunting wolves. Out on the open track under the cold, grey Bournemouth sky, the coastal wind slammed against them.

It had been my mother’s dream to build a fortress for teenagers who would be taught about shifter and human ways through a regular high school, and my father, with the support of his closest friends, the Alpha Circle, had made it a reality. Thus, the Shadow Academy was born. Twelve years later, we had many students who resided within the academy under the protection of our pack. Most of the students here were Alpha heirs, including Amara, the firstborn Alpha Female from the Blood Moon Pack, Alpha Aeon, and Luna Alexa’s only daughter. Amara was only sixteen, the same age as Catherine. And although she started as one of my closest friends, puberty tore us apart as I navigated my adolescent yea

We are not like them. Shifters are born with their own spirit animal, linked to not only lineage but the individual’s personality. There are so many of us; feline, canine, reptile, rodent, and more. Some are stronger than others, but we’re all a part of our own community. Our own kingdom. All except a few. “So,” I say, spearing a piece of asparagus, “how is the war? There’s going to be a ceasefire?” I say it as casually as I possibly can.

I said already tired of talking. "Hmm... This one is hard Nicole. Have you ever shifted?" "Shifted? No!" I knew what shifting was and I knew I have never ever shifted. "What does shifting have to do with this." "The trick to this Nicole is shifting. You have to go to a forest, shift, and run round the forest to let out the steam. That's just all. It isn't so hard, but hard for those that haven't ever shifted. It would also be satisfying if you injure the said girl he was cheating on you with. That's a trick, Nicole." Phils explained and I knew what he was saying was way way not for me. I haven't shifted and don't think I would ever shift.

This will only be a little stakeout, ill be back by dawn. I’ve heard from one of my sources that there would be a little shifter gathering tonight. Many shifters like the porcupine shifters don’t live in packs or groups, so they have some regular meetings like this one tonight. This is usually a place where they can be more animal than human, let their instincts drive them, and let their beast run more freely. In other words, it’s a safe zone for shifters, and I know where it will be held this time. I arrive there in good time before anyone else, just to make sure that my smell is already part of the environment so I can go unnoticed.

Aqua could hear their conversation echoing around her, vivid and clear. “We can’t ignore the changes, Mira. They’re not teaching these kids to protect them. They’re preparing them for something far more sinister,” her father said, urgency lacing his words. Her mother’s eyes widened, a flicker of fear crossing her face. “But they trust us. We can help them. We have to believe they want what’s best for everyone.” The scene shifted again, and Aqua found herself standing outside the coven academy under a blanket of stars. It was the dead of night, and her parents were hurriedly packing their belongings into a car, shadows of fear etched across their faces.

Solomon thought the words were sweet, but the reality is a reptile shifter could be deadly. Even if he didn’t think his son would be, others would. It’s uncommon for a baby to display their potential shifting features. He kept those thoughts to himself as Taerin cooed over Hiru.

and because Mantilo and Glen were good parents they gave it to them with full and open hearts. But as the night wore on Brandon was surprised to realize that the same devotion and openness that Mantilo and Glen showed their sons extended out wards to each of the Leopards in their Clan. Every Shifter that came up to speak with them...or to speak with Brandon gave them all of their attention or their respect. None of them made direct eye contact with Mantilo for long...or spoke in a brash or negative tone. And even though there was a definite air of distance and dominance around Glen and Mantilo.....each and every Shifter that Brandon saw Mantilo touch, or Glen smile at, seemed to gravitate to

I went down the pages, taking it in: All students are subject to the authority of all staff regardless of the rank of either party All students are to be considered equal while on campus grounds regardless of rank and/or pack status Shifting on school grounds without the proper supervision and/or permission is prohibited and offenders will be placed on academic probation Shifter Law is to be followed with the utmost scrutiny at all times Hmph. I almost laughed out loud. We'll see how well a building full of hormonal adolescent shifters sticks to these. Hell, adults struggled to follow rules like this. I sat the book down and pulled out what looked to be my schedule. There wasn't anything par
