When Wesley heard my question, he rushed in and said in disbelief, "Maggie, I'm your mate." With trembling hands, he tried to touch me, but I immediately pulled my hand away. "Don't touch me. Get away." My icy tone made him freeze on the spot. "Maggie, have you forgotten me? We have bonded for life." Instantly, my head started to hurt. Wesley tried to come closer to me.
