I rubbed my eyes twice. It was a two-story white mansion with an expanded west wing and east wing. I nearly got blinded by the gleaming window glasses. The entryway was flanked by an enormous fountain and the main entrance was vast, with several tiny plants embellishing it. It was a place where people like me could only fantasise about living. "Did we come to the incorrect address?" I inquired cautiously, turning to Uncle Hemant. He chuckled before saying, "Haha, No, Maam. It is our master's residence, The Sinha Mansion."

To decorate the mansion with the furniture for all rooms , living rooms for the four yards costs her five million and seven hundred thousand yuan . The cost to fix the road and put the cement along the path to the main road cost her a million and eight hundred thousand yuan as they need to arranged the tree and the flowers along the path . They also need to fix the old road until the highway road as the road now are full with stones and holes . It actually need fifteen minutes to reach the city from the mansion but because of the broken road it needs almost forty minutes to reach the city .

" Archard hold my hand and stepped inside the house. Archard house was not less than a high class mansion. The mansion was an impressive sight, with its grand entrance and sprawling gardens. The driveway was lined with tall trees, and the front of the house was adorned with intricate carvings and ornate decorations. As you approached the mansion, you could see the large fountain in the center of the circular driveway, surrounded by colorful flowers and lush greenery. The mansion was a beautiful blend of modern and traditional architecture, with large windows and sleek lines mixed with classic columns and detailed moldings.

This place—this gilded cage—was now her home, and she needed to know every inch of it. The mansion was a labyrinth of cold marble and ornate woodwork. Sunlight filtered through stained-glass windows, casting fleeting patterns of color on the floor. Crystal chandeliers hung like frozen waterfalls from high ceilings, their brilliance unable to warm the air of the Di Rocco estate. The silence was palpable, broken only by the occasional sound of distant footsteps or the faint rustle of fabric as servants moved about.

But then my concentration got shaken when I heard someone scream from the mansion. “LOOK FOR THE FAE!”

The man has a way with his mouth… and tongue. The mansion is constructed from dark red brick with white trim around the windows and a wide staircase leading to the front door. Trees on each side have been manicured and fluffed. The grass remains a vibrant green even in Michigan's fall season, and pumpkins of various sizes and colors line the walkway while corn stalks wrap around the two light posts on each side of the steps.

The house was so old that I feared it would fall apart with is in it. There were 4 rooms upstairs and then an antic. I got into my own room and sighed in relief,no one to bother me anymore. It was getting dark already so we got settled in as Aunt Lora prepared dinner with mum's help. I could hear them laughing from upstairs,that's why I hated this house,it was in the middle of nowhere where you would see only farmlands and cows. Gosh. My door opened as my Rebecca walked in with a scowl on her face.

A new day broke like glass underfoot, fragile, tense, and sharp with unspoken dread. The morning sun peeked behind a dull, colorless sky, casting pale golden streaks that barely warmed the cold silence of the house. The mansion, once brimming with elegance and comfort, now carried the air of a haunted place. Every corner felt tense. Every breath, a prayer. Every minute, a curse.

The thunderclap jolts me awake, my heart pounding in my chest. Cold night air rushes in, and only then do I realize. I left the window open. My eyes scan the room, searching for my uncle, but he is nowhere to be found. Staggering, I move toward the window, trying to piece together my fragmented thoughts. But something is wrong. Terribly wrong. My uncle’s mansion is gone. In its place, stark white walls surround me, illuminated by a harsh, artificial light. The sharp scent of antiseptic hits me before my gaze drops—and the truth crashes down like a tidal wave.
