But she was waiting for his response, holding the position he gifted her close to him, her palm against his chest while faces inches apart.
She batted her eyes, blinked away the sudden fear of getting caught by him, and turned into a smile of appreciation.
“You stayed?”
Her intoxicated presence was not enough; now, her eyes were playing with him too. She said something, but the bibulous lips were so tempting. It reminded him of the last time she kissed him—those sweet, irresistible red, raspberry-coated lips.
