Vampyre spread his arms and growled at the moon in the sky. Moonlight started cascading from the sky. All of the moonlight was eventually inhaled into Vampyre’s body. The next second everyone knew, his eyes became so red that they were glowing. When he opened his mouth, he revealed a pair of beast-like fangs. He let out a roar and rushed to the center of the group at breakneck speed, biting one of them on the neck. The man’s neck was pierced through as a result. A large amount of blood gushed from his neck, in which Vampyre sucked greedily into his mouth. That man was sucked dry and collapsed to the ground shortly after.

“Not before you open your mouth!” Ruby stuck her fingers between Vata's cheeks. The jaw that tries to move ends up locked shut, holding the mouth in a gaping position. Tick. Tick. Tick. Three drops of blood flow down the throat. The hazel eyes of the vampire destroyer lit up with satisfaction. Haris withdrew his hand. He and Ruby walked down the stairs, waiting for the most crucial moment. Vata writhed uncontrollably. His black nails scratched at his neck, where a burning sensation penetrated. "No! Oh no! Hot!"

“Hurry, this won’t hold her for long!” Marigold runs back up the stairs, knocking on doors as she makes her way down the hall. “Code Black! CODE BLACK!” She screams, the sound of her slippers clattering behind her. Turning my attention back to Slone I gasp. Red veins spider web from the edges of her eyes, her lips are bloody and covered in blisters that have begun to fill with pus. “What the hell happened to her?” I scream at nobody in particular. “Did she get bitten by a vampire?”

He felt alone and helpless. Thin streams of blood flowing from the vampire's wounds stained the Nulliard's face. My wolf prepared herself as she lowered her front legs, growling and locking eyes with the monster in front of her.

I instantly take a step back. Air whistles through his vents, and blood rushes from his neck as he lets out a sharp whine. He staggers and raises his hand to Ion Corvin. A jolt knocks him down, and he lies on the floor, blood gushing from the large, jagged wound on his neck. I spit out the disgusting meat in my mouth, trying to shrug off the horrid taste. Ion Corvin's face contorts, and he looks like a rabid animal. He snarls at me. "You'll pay for that."

Internally, she wanted to goad them into holes, but the vampire shoved her away and her back hit a small old tree, causing an old brunch to shatter on her. “You little whore! How dare you attack me? I don’t like cold blood or you won’t be alive now,” the vampire angrily yelled at Elsa, who pushed the old branch away from above her. Thankfully, it didn’t hurt her. The vampire at his top speed reached Elsa and pulled her up by the hair, causing a sharp pain in her hair as she screamed. “Cry as loud as you can. Suddenly, I felt the wind blow and a splash of thick liquid covered my face. I opened my eyes and met the blonde's dead stare. A second later his head fell off of his body, while the rest of his corpse collapsed on the floor. I slowly raised my hand to wipe off my face and realized it was that vampire's blood that dirtied me. I heard brief screams of pain coming from those two other vampires' mouths until the silence came. I was too tired to process what was going on, and why I wasn't dead already. The agonizing pain clouded my thinking. I closed my eyes again.

But that didn't mean he wouldn't do anything he could to make sure it was him. "Open your mouth" Cassandra ordered. They only stared at her. "The blood castle is spelled for vampires, so you need vampire blood in you to see it and enter" She explained. That made a lot of sense. If they had known that, they could have just taken blood from Kim and avoided this whole mess. Cassandra bit the tip of her finger and let a couple drops of blood fall into each other their mouths. Seb expected it to be gross and coppery but it wasn't. Her blood was surprising sweet, yet bitter at the same time.
