the vassal said as he flew down. The vassal landed on Xurden’s front a few inches away, stepping a foot on his face. He was about to kick Xurden when balls of black and white fire came out of nowhere, coming towards them. The balls of fire mixed with each other before hitting the vassal’s side, creating an explosion and thick smoke. Because of this, the vassal jumped back again to avoid any attacks that would happen. As the wind blew, the thick smoke faded away where the two foxes appeared. They both had furs as white as the snow. The only difference the two creatures possessed was the fox on the right had a scar on his right eye.

They also appear to be very humans, except a slightly pointy pair of ears. Sometimes their ability in shape-shifting is so great that they could change into other creatures. No kidding? Homo Wampyrus, aka, immortal vampire. They only existed in the myth, I guess. But I liked the homo part though.

Lord Davis had been working with creatures of the dark to fight other creatures of the dark without realizing. Lazarus knew they were stronger than this but were trying to appear human while fighting. He did his best to defend himself but they needed backup. He tried to reach the other's telepathically but realized they had already arrived. Acheron reached them faster. All of them were fighting three or four shades each. A few humans joined here and there but they were easier to knock down. The shades eventually realized they couldn't hold back their powers, so they shape shifted into different animals.
