He heard the soft shuffle of boots in the dirt, the heavy breathing of the ghoul a demon had created. Dangerous creatures, ghouls lived to serve their masters, feasting on tainted blood and the flesh of humans. They were vicious and without mercy. He waited, his power building and building, gathering until it flowed through him and poured out into the air around him. The ghoul approached from behind, shuffling closer, an evil being, clumsy but very cunning and impossibly strong. A human being would be in grave danger should he meet with a minion of the demon.

I passed the blood in her mouth and waited for her to wake. I ended up sleeping with her in my arms. In the morning I watched her sleeping form. I am reminded of the day we first met. She starts moving in my arms. I look at her as she opened her eyes. They were of the same brown colour as before. I am glad she remained the same Lara I have got used to only that she is now a vampire and she ages slowly compared to before. "Hey did you do it?" She asks as she looked into my eyes. Do what... What does she mean?

Suddenly, Gore's head snapped up at the sound of distress. It was a female screaming in pain at the top of her lungs. The noise died down, but came again, much louder this time. A look flashed across his diamond-shaped face, as he found it odd for anyone to be screaming out like that in the dead of night, but he knew that it only meant that vampires were on the hunt. They are the only beings that killed without a reason, always disturbing the peace and order of things. The scream came again. "Forest now!" Gore mindlinked to his pack soldiers before jumping out of the window from the fifth floor, and shifting into his massive brown wolf form.

A gasp immediately escaped her lips "The men slaves are used as guards,only those who will swear their loyalty.But those who would not,would be killed." Jenna continued to explain "The ladies or girls are either used as sex slave or blood machine" "Blood machine?" Nina repeated Jenna nodded "What I mean is..the Vampires draws blood from them.If they're lucky and it's just a little amount,the lady might just become a vampire" Another fierce gasp escaped Nina's lips. "If they're unlucky and it's a huge amount," Jenna paused "She might die"

he asks, obviously upset. "I was attacked." "That I can see. By what?" he says a bit angrily. "By a ghoul," I almost whisper out. Bennet's brow knit together. "By what?" "A ghoul. They're demons that feast upon vampire blood," I explain. "Why would it attack you? You're not a vampire and-" "This one I have a history with," I interrupt. Bennet frowns. "Tell me," he says as he lifts me up onto the bed. I sit between his legs, facing him. I lean forward and hug him. He reciprocates.

What if we just end up getting lost in this horrifying house? We look around us for any way out. It is just darkness and doors. Why so many doors? I might be able to see in this kind of darkness but I don't know about the others. Human beings have very poor vision in darkness but Vampires can see clearly through this. I don't think they are badly off however. We dash through the dark corridor to the end. Well, this looks like a dead end to me. There are no more long staircases. It is just a wall. In this darkness, I can't even tell clearly if it is a wall or a door.

Long hair is scattered all over the coffin, each strand is jet-black, soft as silk, flowing smoothly under the body. The Ember Ghost opened his mouth and showed his sharp teeth before lowering her mouth to the exposed woman’s neck. The crowd watched in silence as the Ember Ghost appeared to suck the woman’s blood. The woman’s arms flailed weakly but her face looked serene, if not enjoying the experience. Then, the woman’s expression slowly changed into pain and she grimaced. She placed her arms around the Ember Ghost’s head weakly before dropping them weakly to her side. Then, the woman’s limp body slid out of view leaving the Ember Ghost standing. He wiped the remaining red stains from his mouth with a swipe of his arm before disappearing within the smoke that blew from across the float.
