They have that monster in them, too, but it just isn't as vivid as it is inside us. Someone people stepped in here and never returned the same, especially humans. And I was a human. A desperate human who needed to survive and succeed. He started laughing at me. “Of course, but it’s limited. I’m different from my kind. I have more human emotions than vampires should. That’s how I’m weaker than others in some ways. I’m more vulnerable than the others because I don’t drink human blood. The only difference between humans and us is our skin, eyes, appetite, and immortality.
