Calling upon my powers, I raised my hands in front of me, before I began to make my way down the steps, knowing that once the heir’s men seen me, that they would be gunning to capture me. Sure enough, one of the vampire’s eyes landed on me, and at the speed of light he came racing towards me, but I knew he was no match for my powers. They can consume human's normal food, but still, they need blood to feed on. They have a superpower and high speed, high senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, and taste better than any other normal human being. Vampires are vulnerable to silver and sunlight. Still, they have some sort of supernatural power that changes from a vampire to another, and they call these superpowers by gifts. Some of them can control water, others can control the wind, flames of fire, some of them even can control minds, or see the future... Erin is really fascinated that vampires have various types of powers which aren't natural. They can be seen only in movies and shows. Some can make fire out of nowhere, some can run fast, some can see from far or listen from far. And amazingly, some vampires can even read minds or manipulate them, like Edward and Serena.

She bites her lips, looking at her other half. “What powers do you have?” I asked. “I control earth and I also control air. I have another power which I never bothered learning because of how dangerous it can get,” she said. “What power is that?” she asked. “I can grow plants, flowers, poison trees and so on,” she said. That’s really nice. “That is a great power and you can use it for your defense. Can you make poison powder out of the tree?” I asked. “Yes,” she said. “Vampires’ only weakness is garlic. You can make the powder and add powdered garlic into it. When the vampire gets close to you, you spray the dust. They will disintegrate in a few minutes. Will you all be immune to the powder?

So he nodded. “I will wait until your return,” he said. “I have a gift for you,” she said softly, just as hell broke loose in the entrance of his mansion. The yell of one of his vampires was heard as a woosh of brightness entered the pool room, three of his people turning to ash in seconds as a silver stake streaked through the air. “Mavery, you lied!!” came the yell of a woman in all black as she rushed forward, as another of his vampires trying to stop her entrance went down.

Marcos actually thought he saw a glimpse of the vampire she used to be in her black eyes “I know what everyone else knows. They are extremely powerful and not a vampire existing has that kind of power anymore. Not even the king” She said, her voice turning hard at the mention of the king that destroyed her life. “Yes I know that but is there anything else you remember?” Marcos probed “Hmm… The power originated with the creator and it’s a direct bloodline power from the creator, hence why the royals could never have that ability.” She explained.

The man was pure evil, but most people only realized it too late. “Oh? Why did you want to speak to me?” I frowned. “Oh, no, my dear Sebastian, you first. You must have called me for a reason.” He sounded amused. “I had a feeling you were looking for me.” I sighed. I knew he wouldn’t ask any more questions after that. Vampires have different kinds of powers. Some could read thoughts. Others had the power of persuasion, and some even had visions of the future. Since I wasn’t a full-blooded vampire, I just got a sixth sense kind of feeling that things were about to go wrong!
