We are still deciding what movie we should watch together, and it's getting hard to choose because of the current movie trend among humans. Why, of all things, are vampire stories on trend now? The majority of the movies are romances, and most of them are centered around vampires and human forbidden love.

She then placed our hands together and Nick bit my neck; I winced at the sudden pain but it soon disappeared

A point to note: Vampire parties are not like the type of parties that you are used to and to prove my point, if you ever get a chance to go to a party, plead to your parents to take you to a vampire party because they were simply the best (I won't tell you the reason, you need to come and experience it yourself and believe me when I say you won't be disappointed). I hurried into the kitchen and drank a whole bottle of a special liquid Edmund and Hillary introduced to us. It was called vamscren and it allowed vampires to walk in the sun for a while without being affected by it. Somehow, vamscren made me feel a bit better about becoming a vampire as I didn’t have to always be limited by the sun. The vamscren was made from dragon tears and Edmund and Hillary, along with Dana, arranged with the manufacturers to always supply it to the castle, so we never ran out. After drinking, I got my cloak and flew out of the castle, to see my former town.

Werewolves did not look like that when they shifted. Sage grinned. "Twilight." "What?" I was confused. "It's how humans think werewolves are," Sage said, still smiling. "Isn't it great? They have a very good imagination!" "Uh huh," I replied. "What's next, vampires?" "Yup," Sage agreed. "There's vampires in this movie. And guess what. They sparkle in the sun." That was the biggest load of shit I'd ever heard in my life. "Say what now?" I shook my head. "You know what? Forget. It. Let's just go have dinner."

But none of these strange things stuck to me the way the strange breathtaking girl did. The girl with the snow white skin, and long gray hair, you'd think it wasn't real. True, that she hadn't said a word to me, or even spared me a glance... but her presence was suffocating. Cold. Ethereal. Distant. Like she belonged to another time, another world entirely. She was the kind of character you'd see in horror movies. Her porcelain skin made me remember the vampires from the "twilight" movie, and that thought made me shudder.

AVA'S POV “For a queen you are, you're getting a bit too comfortable with these humans,” Rowan whispered, his breath tickling my skin and his voice husky and laced with a hint of warning. My gaze narrowed, eyes flashing red with a hint of danger as I took in his words. “And what makes you think so, my love?” I purred, my voice dripping with sweetness as my fingers trailed his bare chest down below to his hard member. Of course we were lying naked in all our glory, skin flawless yet had a pale color to it, and this was absolutely normal being vampires.

She chuckled. “Yes, we do that too. But we are here to serve them a greater purpose. We fill them with their supply of blood. Also, vampires don’t share blood with other vampires. So, the humans you’ve seen so far, belong to someone here. Usually, the ones they are closer to or walking with…” I thought about the girl I saw the other day on our way to the vamp house for breakfast. She looked like she had just come back from swimming, and she was walking behind a vampire. Both of them were looking at me but then they disappeared into the woods.
