I am going back to my old school today, Summer Vale College, one of the most prestigious high schools in our area. Both males and females attended since this is a coed school. It is also progressive and accepts both human and non-human students. Although mostly it’s humans and wolves. Vampires and witches aren’t really into mixing cultures.

Violet runs her own interior design company. I headed up to my room, in much need of a pillow scream match. When I was done, I took off my scarf before heading down to get myself some food. While I was waiting for my noodles to finish up in the microwave, my phone rang. It was Westley calling. “Hey Wes,” I sighed, answering the phone. “You gave Six a shiner?” he chuckled.

“Miss Sinclair, meet Mr Vander Clegane, CEO of VanCe tech Enterprise." I started to wish for the ground to open and have me, to make me disappear or most probably wake up from this nightmare. Vander tilted his head, his unmistakable blue eyes locked on mine as an amused smirk played at the end of his lips. My heartbeat resounded in my ears as he took two big strides towards me, towering me with his dark aura that I felt deep in my bones, arms stretched and eyes still on me. "There you are…… Miss Sinclair” his deep voice growled.

How have you been?" He turned at the voice to see Mr. V and next to him, the last person on earth that he wanted to meet, his aura turning cold suddenly. Vinca found her hand harshly squeezed and almost winced in pain.

"It was all in the blood markers. You didn't want the money. You wanted to erase the evidence flowing through my veins!" The mercenaries raised their guns, but a sudden, deafening roar echoed from the sky. Three Vance helicopters descended, their spotlights turning the loading dock into high noon. Dozens of Vance security teams rappelled down, their weapons hot. "Drop your weapons!" Julian’s voice boomed over a megaphone from the shadows of the garage. The mercenaries, seeing the overwhelming force, dropped to their knees. But Silas was still struggling under Xander. He reached for a hidden derringer in his sleeve.
