Vanessa Simmons Married Novels & Stories

"Dad, Mom, I'm back." Mom's eyes went red as she pulled her inside. Valerie saw us and paused. "Winona. Leon." "Valerie." I nodded. Leon didn't say a word. Just glanced at her once. She sat across from me. "Winona, thank you for the past six months." That gentle smile again. "You married Leon for me. You must've suffered." I almost laughed. Suffered? Wow. Love the wording. "It wasn't suffering," I said. "I'm doing pretty well."

“Me too, Nanang. I’m not hungry—” She didn’t finish, because Nanang held her wrist. “What’s your name, hija?” She forced to give a smile. “Vanessa. Vanessa Alvarez.” “Alvarez? Are you related to that actress with the same last name?” Nanang asked, curious. The question stung. She was talking about her late mother. “She’s my mom.” “Oh! So you’re rich? Then it’s hard to believe you’re just a maid for that gay man.” “My husband is not gay—”

I glanced at the glittering jewels on screen, then at the cheap cup set in my arms, and let out a hollow laugh. Perhaps in Simon’s eyes, I really was just a tragic joke. Their foreheads touched in the video, then their lips crashed together. The obscene, wet sounds of their kiss echoed jarringly through my speakers. [Oops~ Just so you know, after your little wedding show, Simon will be marrying me legally. Remember, the woman without the certificate is the real mistress~]

Simon added with a light laugh. Shane smiled, “I take it from your comment that you want Xavier to be with her?” “Of course, the young man is already thirty five and not yet married. I married at twenty six, I just don’t know what is keeping him but now I’m beginning to see it as a blessing.” “I see, a blessing because now he can be with Mrs. Williams?” Shane asked. “Of course,” Simon laughed, “I don’t see why not.” “But Mrs. Williams never said anything about marrying again, besides, she just lost her husband not up to a month ago,” Shane dragged the conversation, not willing to let it drop.

~ JAMIE "Jamie and I were just reminiscing about an inside joke, weren't we, sweetheart?" Simon's hand found my lower back, warm and possessive. "We're not married, but we're very much together." Vanessa's eyes swept over the scene—Simon's hand on me, the kids clinging to our legs like we were their parents. I saw the exact moment she looked at me like she was pissed I was with someone. Her husband was probably somewhere cheating on her again.

Dan stated. "We made love in my office and you walked in while we were on the middle of it. Get over it. She's my wife." I stated. "She's mine." "She's not your wife. You married Gabrielle Simons. She's Blair Kuznetsov not Gabrielle Simons." Dan stated and tried to punch Jake.

Why was he saying it in front of all these people? I took a step back from him and before I could figure out what was going on, a waiter appeared, carrying a plate with a beautiful cake that read. ‘Will you marry me?’ I looked at it for a second, then turned back to Vito who had already gotten down on one knee. He brought out a square box with a diamond ring inside. “Vanessa Sims, will you marry me?”

“Okay, let’s say Hazel and Luke get married. What happens after that? Luke moved in with Vero a few days ago. Then what about Hazel?” “Luke will leave Veronica before marrying Hazel. He will be faithful to his wife the way he should.” “And how will you do that?” she crossed her hands over her chest and threw a challenge to me. “I have a solid plan for that,” I smirked. “You are worrying me now.” “Don’t need to worry. Everything will be in control as I plan, and the result will be what we both want.” Two days later, it was announced by the doctors that Andrew Simmons was no more. It might be hard for his family to receive the news, but I celebrated the moment with a glass of champagne.

Alexa badly wanted to humiliate and attack Vanessa right now, but because she didn't want to lose her composure, she behaved herself and could only swallow her feelings! Vanessa sighed deeply and was preparing herself, since it was time for her to fulfil her own part of the deal. She suddenly held Xavier's arm tightly and smiled as she announced, “My husband is right, everyone. I'm his dear wife. We actually got engaged with each other in secret, and registered our marriage later on”. After saying this, Vanessa showed off the diamond ring which was on her finger. Honestly speaking, Vanessa bought this ring by herself. She never expected that she'd show it off in this manner.

"Sometimes they're the same thing." We drove back toward the ranch in silence. My mind raced with everything that had just happened. The vows. The kiss. The rings on my finger that felt foreign and heavy. "We need a story," I said finally. "For my family. They're going to ask questions." "We got married in New York three months ago," Simon said calmly. "Small ceremony. Just us. We were keeping it quiet because of Carl. But now that he's out of the picture, we can be honest."
