Fated Fairy Tales

Fated Fairy Tales

Dad says as he spots the limousines driving towards the packhouse. “What pack did you say you were from?” Dad asks Ora. Ora giggles. “I’m not from any pack. Not yet, anyway.” The front car stops and the door opens and Edgar climbs out. “My parents were kind of royalty in their country.” Evangeline climbs out after Edgar. Mom’s face goes pale. “You. You’re a princess?” She asks Ora, stuttering out the words.

Now let's ponder on these things : *What's this novel all about? Sincerely Cassiopeia is about the diary of a girl named Cassiopeia. People call her "The Flower Bud of Veluven" because of her emanating beauty, kindness and [insert all of the good qualities that a female lead could possess only because she is the protagonist]. The whole novel was told in her point of view. Unfortunately, there is only one ending for Valeria: Death. I realized, that I am in a hellish world and I will die eventually. Yeah, death is inevitable but I don't want to die foolishly!

The Baron's Cold Proposal

The Baron's Cold Proposal

The entire room, including Sophie were easily able to decipher the unsubtle reference. A Baron with Live and Fair in the name, there was no doubt it was Oliver Fairfax. The veiled reference to Gilded Falcon. Henry paled in shock at Octavia who merely played the meek fool.

A wonderful story full of characters you love to love and ĺove to hate. I echo the sentiments around the ending but I'm relieved at the lack if true redemption arc (told you - characters you love to hate!)

Warning ends with a .... cliffhanger with no sequel. Great book overall by a talented author. I recommend it, and the cliffhanger doesn't ruin the book. It honestly do with a round of editing for character names being mixed up. This is one of the author's earlier books and is worth the read!

Persuasion

and Sir Walter's handwriting again in this finale:-- "Heir presumptive, William Walter Elliot, Esq., great grandson of the second Sir Walter." Vanity was the beginning and the end of Sir Walter Elliot's character; vanity of person and of situation. He had been remarkably handsome in his youth; and, at fifty-four, was still a very fine man. Few women could think more of their personal appearance than he did, nor could the valet of any new made lord be more delighted with the place he held in society. He considered the blessing of beauty as inferior only to the blessing of a baronetcy; and the Sir Walter Elliot, who united these gifts, was the constant object of his warmest respect and devotio

The Twins He Never Knew

The Twins He Never Knew

She didn't fight the new authors with violence; she fought them with Style. Nora closed her eyes and reached for the "Midnight Blue" essence of Chapter 1. She didn't want the world’s versions of her; she wanted the version that belonged only to the man who first looked at her across a ballroom. The Brooklyn bookstore dissolved. The smell of dust and printer ink was replaced by the scent of Oud, Vintage Champagne, and Rain-Slicked Marble. The Return to the Penthouse When Nora opened her eyes, she was standing in the center of the Grand Ballroom of the Vane Estate in the Hamptons.

On The Wrong Bed; The Twin Brother's Secret

“THE HALES CORPORATION CHAIRMAN COLLAPSED DURING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW PRESIDENT FOLLOWING THE APPEARANCE OF MASTER LEWIS.” Her eyes widened as she read it aloud, disbelief washing over her. “What…?” she whispered. She didn’t fully understand what was happening, but instinct screamed opportunity. A slow smile crept onto her lips, curling with intent. “Vanessa, be a good girl,” she muttered to herself, the corners of her mouth lifting as an idea formed. She left the room in ruins....shattered glass, overturned furniture, chaos left behind....while she transformed herself back into the perfect image of innocence.

Hi K.B. ... This sounds strange but thank you that you only have 4 stories that are Ongoing. So many authors have 20 (or so) stories but 14 are still Ongoing ... But i wanted 2ask if you already know how many chapters this book will have, approximately? I like reborn and revenge stories .........

I want a HEA for Thea & Elias!!! It’d be sad if he gets ruined & loses Thea when he’s now shown his love & support. The book could’ve ended happily after the Sterling family gala arc, or the whistleblower arc. I hope Thea grows & forgives E. T&E deserve more than revenge standing between their HEA.

Ruined by the White Veil

Ruined by the White Veil

He'd whisper, "That's Mrs. Parker, and that's the representative from Versenne." With him around, I could face anyone with ease. Now, he was gone. I couldn't tell who mocked me and who pitied me. Murmuring an excuse, I slipped backstage into an empty lounge. Yet even there, the voices seeped through the walls. "Who's she fooling? Fiona bragged about that wedding dress she hand-sewed with three thousand pearls, and now it's just trash." "Who knows where Vincent went? Probably found someone new already."
