Veronica Hamel Blue Bloods Novels & Stories

It struck the wall with a dull thud, startling Blue into another round of sobs. Before I could say anything else, Veronica swept into the room, drawn in by the commotion. She took one look at Blue and immediately pulled her into her arms, shielding her from me as if I were something poisonous. “That’s enough,” she said sharply. “I’ll take her.” I opened my mouth to protest, but Aiden didn’t stop her. He didn’t even look at me. As Veronica carried Blue away, the child glanced back once, her eyes wide and wet.

Aiden got relaxed when he heard his mother finally let go of the girl, but hearing her stop her again, he found his heart beating faster. "That scarf. Don't you think the color is off?" Veronica said before walking closer to her. "You should use something black. Orange doesn't suit the clothes you're wearing." She kept looking at Amelia, who looked like she was wishing silently to just enter the ground. Veronica was about to touch the scarf when the main door of the house suddenly opened, and Eric walked in.

Veronica yelled, her veins almost popping out. “Veronica you should have accepted the fall, now you are going to die”. Bluey said calmly, her voice sending chills to the atmosphere. “Hah! Veronica laughed, what a joke. You do know that I am smarter, right. You can't just kill me, someone would look for me”. She said with a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. “What!” Bluey immediately dropped her glass of champagne, her eyes twisting with anger but suddenly her face got insipid.

I threw myself to my bed, letting a wave of thoughts, memories, crash into my head as I submerged into the soft foam. “Let’s leave it all behind, Damon. It’s not worth it,” Veronica’s words were enticing but the opportunity to become the next alpha of the Bloodmoon pack was equally alluring. It was a bright afternoon that day with Veronica, my mate. The sun glorified her luscious blonde hair as she walked around with it flowing down her back. We were two stubborn teenagers with big dreams, bigger than the both of us. Veronica and I had different opinions on almost everything but we were in love.

He immediately picked up the books on the table. "You can go to the next class first. I will quickly caught up," Leora said. Ruby nodded her head. They are then separated in front of the elevator. Ruby walked on to the other classes for the next lesson while Leora had to go downstairs towards the lecturer's room. Elmer smiled inwardly when he looked at Leora who was walking into his room. His eyes widened slightly when he saw the halo on Leora's body again. "Is she really that girl who has holy blood?" asked Elmer silently in his heart. Unconsciously he smiled from ear to ear. His handsome looks shone. Leora was stunned to see it.

"Wait. Whatever you want, I can give it to you. Money, anything. I'm taking both of them with me." Ethan steadied himself and regained his composure as he locked his sharp eyes onto Amber. Anyone else might have been intimidated, but Amber was not one to scare easily. She did not even lift her gaze before waving her hand. Tara panicked as her tears spilled uncontrollably while Ethan's eyes stayed on her, filled with nothing but heartache and tenderness. At that moment, I probably looked like the greatest villain of all. It was as if I was someone who had torn apart the fated love story of two star-crossed lovers.

Veronica appeared from a room, with earphones in her ears, obviously only hearing Syanna’s screeching, but completely missed all the shouts from when Cole barged in here. “What the hell is happening?” she asked, jogging towards her room. “No time to explain.” Syanna searched the area around her. Luckily, Mark was a vampire and a fighting one too. Cole could kill him, but not so easy. She spotted a broken piece of floorboard on the ground, and practically dived down towards it, slashing her palm against it. “No!” Veronica shouted, but her eyes had already turned red. “What are you thinking! I’ll be thrown out of here if I feed from you!”

“And I’m not alone. I have you, the children. And these people? They underestimate us. Just like they always have.” Before he could reply, his phone buzzed. He pulled it out, his expression shifting from concern to shock. He handed it to Belle without a word. It was a news alert, with a photo that turned her blood cold...Veronica, elegant, poised, outside a luxury hotel, smiling for cameras. The headline read: Veronica Hale Returns to the City: Business Maven Claims Ties to Blackwood Empire, Ready for New Ventures.

I didn't look at Veronica; my hazel eyes were entirely locked on Viper. She was standing there completely unbothered, her black hair spilling over her shoulders, a faint, mocking smile playing at the corners of her lips. She didn't look like someone who had just been threatened by a high-ranking official. Her blue doe eyes were bright with a playful intelligence that made my blood run hot. "You're late, Gabriel," Viper murmured, ignoring Veronica entirely as she smoothed down the front of her white gown. "And here I thought Lycan royalty was known for its impeccable timing. A few more minutes and Lady Veronica might have actually bored me to death."

I wonder what that means. “You can’t do that,” she screams in fury, “That’s not fair! Who the hell are you?” “I’m Levi,” my mate replies, “And you’ve threatened not only my friend, but also my wife. From my perspective, I’m being very fair. I haven’t killed you yet. Now, who the hell are you?” “Fine,” she replies, struggling with her cuffs, “I’m Veronica. I’m who you’re looking for. Hope destroyed my life, and I’m going to destroy hers. It won’t be long now.”
