No Alpha, No Problem: I'll Build My Own Throne

No Alpha, No Problem: I'll Build My Own Throne

he roared. After calling dozens of times with no response, the frustrated Henry threw his phone to the ground, shattering it. He approached the guards and barked, "I'm an Alpha! I order you to open this door, or there will be consequences!" This threat had no effect on the guards. The banquet hall belonged to the Alpha King, and holding a mating ceremony here required paying a hefty fee. Not only that, but it also needed the Alpha King's approval. That was why so many Alphas desperately wanted to hold their ceremonies at this place. It was a symbol of wealth and power. It also meant their bond had been blessed by the Alpha King.

Mate In The Shadows

Mate In The Shadows

Somehow that made it worse. Selene stepped closer. Something else caught her attention. Below the crescent. Words– faint and ancient. Barely visible beneath layers of time. Orion moved beside her. Together they studied the inscription. The language was old. Old enough that several characters had nearly disappeared entirely. Theron leaned forward. For a long moment none of them spoke. Then slowly and carefully— the meaning emerged. Not complete. Not perfect. Just enough. "Beneath every throne lies the first stone." Still visible after centuries. Foundations do not forget. Silence filled the chamber. The lantern flame flickered softly against the wall. Suddenly the mystery no longer belonged t

Hidden Fire in the Snow

Hidden Fire in the Snow

Gurudev leaned close to my ear and whispered, “Only one final test remains. The key to the secret door beneath this palace must be opened with your blood. Come, Your Majesty—your throne will now serve as your chariot.” The throne suddenly detached from the floor and began moving forward on hidden mechanical wheels toward a massive crack in the center of the hall. Below it lay nothing but darkness—and a faint mysterious blue glow. I gripped the arms of the throne tightly. The royal brightness around me had vanished, replaced by a sinister grandeur.

Throne Of The Broken Bonds

Throne Of The Broken Bonds

I felt pathetic, I was pathetic. “Elara, I’ll give it all back,” I said, my voice cracking from the cold. “I’ll tell the elders. I’ll tell them you’re the Thorne heir. I’ll step down. I don’t want the crown if it means I have to feel this quiet in my head.” I heard a movement on the other side. A floorboard creaked. “You’re a liar, Aiden,” she finally spoke. “You love that crown more than you ever loved me. You’re only here because the bond snapped and it hurts. If it didn't hurt, you’d still be up there in your big bed, ignoring me.”

The Girl Behind His Throne

The Girl Behind His Throne

Leon's brows drew together slightly. He glanced at me, lips parting as if he wanted to say something, but no words came out. Anrina leaned close and whispered into his ear. "If Isabella succeeds, then give her position back, okay?" Leon was silent for a few seconds before finally nodding. "Isabella." He looked at me across the room. "Go retrieve the shipment. Come back alive, and I'll restore your position as Capo." I stood there quietly, staring at the man I had personally helped place on the throne.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Throne's Farewell The world was silent. For the first time in what felt like forever. No collapsing skies. No roaring horror. No shattered reality. Only peace. The giant eye was gone. The prison had closed. Existence had survived. God. No. Fair. Absolutely not. Reasonable honestly. Then Thomas felt the pull. Stronger now. The Throne calling him. Claiming him. The seal was complete. The burden was his. Forever. Then Ava ran forward.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Beloved Of The Lycan King

Beloved Of The Lycan King

The scream inside my mind didn’t fade. It echoed louder, sharper, cutting through the throne’s ancient call like lightning splitting the sky. DO NOT TAKE THE THRONE. The light surrounding me shattered instantly. I stumbled backward just before sitting, my heart racing violently. The throne reacted. Not calmly. Not patiently. Angrily. Cracks spread across its surface, dark energy leaking from within like smoke forced through broken stone. The entire palace shook, pillars groaning as if something enormous had shifted beneath the foundation.

The Black Princess Chi

The Black Princess Chi

Their ruler, a stalwart protector, had consistently shielded them selflessly, and the throne's strategic placement served as a profound tribute to this unwavering devotion. The throne, facing the sunrise, carried deeper significance, portraying the ruler as a glorious beacon. Much like the rising sun ushering in a new day, the ruler illuminated the lives of their people, pulling them out of the shadows with the gentle glow of enlightenment. This positioning accentuated the ruler's role as a guiding light, a reassuring presence promising hope and dispelling darkness with each dawn, making the throne not just a seat, but a symbol of hope, resilience, and great leadership.

Luna’s Rebellion

Luna’s Rebellion

The Throne shatters and grows in the same breath, spines twisting like serpents. And in the heart of it— Us. Burning. Breaking. Becoming. The Throne roars a promise in my skull: If I can’t have you, I’ll take HER. And then— Everything goes white.

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

I sprinted along the narrow ledge of stable stone running the back of the dais, boots skidding on dust, and veered toward the side. The throne loomed beside us, still cracked, still pulsing faintly. The forbidden line on the wall burned in my peripheral vision: > DO NOT BLEED ON THE THRONE. Reverse it, my writer brain screamed. Invert the rule. If bleeding on it wakes it, then the right blood might put it back to sleep. Lord blood. The Lord spun to track me. Reality rippled around him; chunks of floor below us shifted again, making people scream and grab for purchase. Corvin shouted my name somewhere in the chaos, voice ragged.
