Raven’s point of view. I was tied up in a dark room, with my hands and legs tried, and a gag put in my mouth. I scanned the room and saw four other girls like me, with our body covered with thin, transparent fabric. I gritted my teeth as I thought of how to free myself from the alpha of Blood Moon’s pack, but just then I heard footsteps approaching the room. “We must do as he says, if we ever want to end this war and get back our soldiers that he is holding captive.” A voice said.

“Can you explain what this is all about?” “How the fuck could you lie about your genotype when it could literally destroy our future?! We’ve been having sex, Mike. What if I got pregnant?” “Babe I'm…” Mike began. Rose cut him off. “I told you I was AS from the very start. And you decided to lie and say you were AA? To what end Mike?” “Babe, I was so in love with you from day one,” Mike confessed “I didn’t want to lose you. that’s why I lied. I wanted to tell you, but I was so scared.”

Oh, I mean our former war general.” Nathan, who was already used to that reaction, replied casually, “Our names are exactly the same, but … our fates are different.” “I mean … well, he became a war general who was idolized, while I’m just an ordinary employee,” Nathan added.

I told myself over and over again until my heart rate slowly returned to normal and she could no longer hear the wind blowing outside. I returned my gaze to the book I was reading. It was the historical account of the war that happened a hundred years ago. Before the world, as everyone knew it, ended. In 2100, the third largest war in human history took place. But that is not between two countries or groups of countries. It was between vampires and werewolves. That was right, vampires and werewolves.

“I’ve been wanting to murder something these past days. My siblings were lethal. Father taught us how to hunt and improve our gun skills. Vanessa was like me, though. Once it came to war, we did not mind getting our hands bloody nor dirty. “It’ll be very soon.” I told them.
