Viktor: A Bratva Wolves Novella

Viktor: A Bratva Wolves Novella

I turn my attention to my brothers and see the murderous look on Kai’s face when he approaches Vanya. “Hello, Vanya; long time no see,” he says and tries to wriggle out of Nikolai’s grasp, but my brother has gotten stronger than her. Then she says four words that cause Kai to snap. “Please, I’ve done nothing!” Nikolai steps back quickly and Kai takes his place; he grabs Vanya by the neck and slams her back even harder. “Nothing? NOTHING?!” he roars. “You had Viktor murdered like a stray in an alleyway, Caterina almost DIED because of your meddling and Nikolai was tortured for MONTHS on end. Don’t you fucking give me that ‘I’ve done nothing’ bullshit!”

I love the names, they're just like here in Hungary, Viktor with a 'K' and not with 'C'. And those unique names like Konstantin, Kai, Dimitri, Nikolai are all represent Russian culture. I know I will cry more when it is over but Viktor will be the one whom I will always be sad to lose. :(

I absolutely adored this book! I love Viktor and just want to give him the biggest hug! This entire story was everything it needed to be but completely surprising at the same time. Though if you are someone who has had to deal with grief of a partner this can be triggering. So authentically written.

While I was waiting, I looked back through the older part of the book. Some of the spells ranged from the tenth and twelfth centuries; some even earlier. I wondered if any of my ancestors had known King Arthur or Joan of Arc, but it was doubtful. My ancestors came from the Vikings. Interesting. Vikings were known for their strength and ruthlessness, among other things. I smirked, sure that held true for the Arctic Wolf-Witches of my people, too, who had settled in Alaska and the northern regions of North American by way of Iceland and Greenland. I suddenly wondered if some of my people had survived.

Don't tell me you haven't heard about him. Have you been living under a rock..." Of course, I've heard about the infamous Devil Viking. It's difficult not to know about him when the guys I train with at the gym talk about him all the time. How mighty his wolf is. The battles he fought in Denmark. His prowess on the battlefield. The lands he conquered...

"Have you ever heard of a man called Ragnar Lothbrok?" I completely stopped my movements, the wet towel freezing in my hands as I wrinkled my nose in confusion. "Who exactly is that?" "He was a legendary leader of the Vikings," Michael explained smoothly, his deep voice carrying a strange hint of respect as he began the tale. "A very formidable and memorable warrior. He lived a good life in his coastal hometown of Kattegat, but he possessed a deep, raging hunger to see the unknown outside world. He was so desperate for discovery that he was willing to do absolutely anything just to leave his hometown, his wife, and his young kids behind. He did all that because he truly believed there was a

DIRTY PAGES (A Short Story Collection)

"Welcome to the Ӕgir's Captive." Kirsty frowned at his words until she saw the name painted on the end of the boat. She turned to ask Sven about the odd name, but he was busy speaking with his brothers. She looked out at the sea as far as it stretched. On the other side of its choppy waters lay the wild and mysterious land that born these men. It might seem odd to think of Sweden in those terms but remembering the Viking's from British history, their Norse gods and surrounded by these men, the place seemed anything but civilized.

Note: Events in this story are fictional and do not reflect actual Viking history. (900 AD – Before the Separation of Kingdoms) In the year 900 AD, before the Norse kingdoms split apart, there was one kingdom feared above all, Vikron. Its warriors were brutal. Their culture, violent. Yet, they were united. And at the center of that unity stood one man King Ragnor, named after the god of thunder himself. Ragnor led with blood and fire. His people raided distant lands, conquering village after village.

I Became a Villainess Werewolf In My Own Novel

Randy said. I snorted and reclined on the bed. "I don't know why my main readership is male, and they've requested me to write harem. But if one of the female leads were me, I'd report the male lead for bigamy!" Randy chuckled, "Skr, ruthless!" Having spent significant time with Randy, his delayed graduation had its merits. He stumbled upon my forgotten novels, and his favorite happened to be the one I wrote years ago. The sky, previously murky, suddenly turned pitch black as heavy clouds loomed. The shelter's lights had long ceased to function.

Victor was going to kill me. A/N: Anyone out there watching Vikings? I recently started and some of these guys were inspired by characters on the show. Idk why, but Dimitri speaking Old Norse with the Vikings is really attractive to me XD. Creating that dialogue was a huge bitch. There are some dictionaries of the language out there, but they aren't very extensive so I had to improvise on things they could have said, making their convo come out a little elementary. Served its purpose though! Dimitri also reveals a little bit more about his past here, but more details on Ivan will eventually come out later.

"That was fun..." "Yeah...Do you care for some wine?" I asked and he nodded wordlessly. There was this weird silence between us as we sipped our wine, our eyes glued on the television screen. We were watching the last episode of Game of Thrones . "I prefer Vikings to Game of Thrones..." He commented. "Me too..." "So who is your favourite actor in Vikings?" "Ragnar Lothbrok and you?" "Ivar the boneless...."
