Chapter 82: The Onset of Shadows The village was enveloped in an eerie quiet as the moon cast its pale light over the fortified defenses. Every soul in the village was alert, senses heightened, awaiting the impending storm. Luna and Asher stood at the forefront, their eyes scanning the horizon for any sign of movement.
