The story is really interesting. Love the system shenanigans and stuff. My only suggestion is to put the system words in a bracket so we can know the distinction. Serena really had bad luck, stealing a novel only to never read it. Keep it up author.

The start is interesting. The mission and the mc interaction was hilarious, that it made their interactions and mission something that can be looking forward. There only a few coma spacing problem and there still no reason for why mc must die till the part I read.

The Retired Mercenary's Great Retaliation

The Retired Mercenary's Great Retaliation

Tony stared at me while saying the words slowly, "You'll have to pay for it." The workshop fell eerily silent. "You don't have to get so serious with him, Boss." A workshop supervisor quickly stepped forward to smooth things over. "Yeah, Mr. Chapman. He's just trying to show off." Tony ignored them as he stared right at me. "Do you dare take up the challenge?" The face of my wife, Vivian, flashed in my mind. Vivian was not in the best of health and required medication all year round. We did not have much savings due to her condition, and our daughter Samantha had just entered university, leaving us with insufficient funds to cover her tuition.

The Retreat Got Canceled

The Retreat Got Canceled

"First, publicly apologize to all employees and admit you were wrong to force this retreat. "Second, compensate me for the emotional distress caused by your retaliation. "Third, keep this livestream up. Don't delete a single word." The livestream lost it. Gifts stacked across the screen. [Iconic.] [Voice of justice.] [This is what workers should be like.] Ryan sat in the back row by the wall, arms crossed, smirking. I glanced at him. He looked away. The conference room was packed. Everyone watched me. So did sixty thousand people online.

When Lust Last Forever

When Lust Last Forever

she said, trying to take the glass from Lillian's hand. Tears streaked down Lillian's face as she spilled her guts. "He cheated on me, Viv. With that... that chick from his office," she spat out. "Caught them in his place, all over each other." Vivian's face softened. "Oh, Lily, that's rough," she murmured, giving her friend a hug. Feeling utterly crushed, Lillian just wanted to forget it all, to numb the pain somehow. "I just... I can't deal with this, Viv," she muttered through her tears.

Forbbiden Arousal

She didn’t reply, but her silence said enough. Julian continued, his tone growing darker, “He humiliated you. Publicly. Stripped you of your career, your dignity, your endorsement deals. Now your name’s dirt in every industry circle.” Vivian’s lips trembled, but she quickly masked it with a bitter laugh. “So what? You called me here to mock me?” “No,” Julian said smoothly. “I called you because we have something in common. We both hate Cheng.” Vivian blinked, her arms crossing. “You?”

The Villainess rewrites her fate

The Villainess rewrites her fate

She dug the novel out from beneath a stack of correspondence she'd been using to bury it, dust gathering faintly along its spine, and sat with it open in her lap for the first time in nearly two weeks. *The Villainess's Ruin.* She'd read it once, in her old life, curled up with tea gone cold beside her, treating it as nothing more than pleasant escapism before bed. She read it now with an entirely different kind of attention, searching each page for anything she might have skimmed past the first time, anything that might connect, however loosely, to a name like Renshaw.

The Villainess Will Not Be Eclipsed Again

The Villainess Will Not Be Eclipsed Again

The sheer weight of their presence presses outward, making the air around the arena feel thick and hard to breathe. "I told you," Uriel is saying as I slowly step onto the edge of the turf. His voice isn't loud, but it carries effortlessly across the open space. "Your offer is now void. She is registering under my squad." Jakob lets out a low, rough sound from the back of his throat. "She sent the message to my personal device, Thorne, not yours. The system logged the request at three forty-five yesterday." "The system logs whatever I allow it to log," Uriel replies smoothly. He doesn't even turn his head to look at Jakob's Betas. "Tell her to send the cancellation request now, or I will rem

he added with a patronizing smirk. “I don’t owe you any damn explanations. And stop calling her my sister—she’s not!” I snapped. “Denver, please… come back to me. Before everything goes too far,” Lisha said softly, stepping closer. She reached for my face, but I slapped her hand away. “I will never be with you,” I said coldly. “How dare you push my daughter!” Mr. Villanovan roared, charging toward me with his fist raised. I caught it before it landed.

The Alpha's Caregiver

The Alpha's Caregiver

I asked, more worried about her than I was curious about the loads of bags dumped on my bed. Lillian smiled tenderly, tired lines causing her forehead to crease. I had heard the Alpha talk about her leaving this week and I already knew why. Lillian was retiring. She has until her birthday to be this strong and able to move heavy things around the house. At eighty, she will have no wolf to give her the strength anymore. I was just like that. Give me a few wrinkles and tired eyes and there you have it, a wolf fit for the retirement pack. “The Alpha does send me money but I have had no use for it for years.” She finally responded.
