Along with the lives of the man who took a bride's virginity and his family too. No village male so much as ever looked at me. I'm twenty-one. Younger girls born outside the claiming years are already married and pregnant with their first child or second child. Not me. And the stupid blue dragon wants to discuss fucking.

Everything is perfect. Finally the music starts and my eyes dart to the now open doors. I pay the two ladies in pale blue no mind, because behind them I can see my veiled bride. My perfect Hailey is about to walk down the aisle to me. Me, Dylan, or as she called me Capt. Douche, I am getting to marry Hailey aka the virgin mary. I can not believe my luck still to this very moment. Even as her beautiful princess like self walks towards me, I can't believe it.

†—†—†—† She'd let them bathe her when they insisted they would, she'd let them defile her face with heavy makeup but this, she wasn't going to do. "I'm not going to fucking wear that! No way!" She pointed at the skimpy one piece white chiffon skirt complimented with an equally despicable crop top that said 'bunny', that could barely cover her breast if she wore them. Not to even talk of the pink g–stringed pant that covered just her front. Was he planning on pimping her? This vampire dude was surely out of his mind. "His majesty wouldn't like that. He's given his orders, which was to wear you this."

Elaina showed thumbs up to the couple, Pihoo and Aiden. Pihoo, the radiant bride, exuded timeless beauty and charm in her Western wedding attire. Her white gown was a masterpiece of lace and satin, adorned with delicate beading and a flowing train that trailed gracefully behind her. A veil framed her face, adding an air of mystique to her look. Her hair was elegantly styled, and her makeup highlighted her natural features, making her a vision of bridal perfection.

The bridegroom wasn't a simple guy from our countryside like my sister preferred, she always wanted a simple life where she would be managing the household and looking after kids while her husband earned their livelihood. However, this was not the case, her husband-to-be was a lord, our small village fell under his estate. He was the great Vampire Lord, child of the night, a nocturnal being. The wedding would also be held at night instead of the morning like it usually happened. Even the wedding gown wasn't white.

I wanted to look away, but Zachary's hand forced me to look into the camera. His shoes were trampling all over the crown jewel of a gown that had been torn off its hanger. He spent hours and a mountain of effort bidding on that in an auction. "You're the best fit for a gown, no one else," he once said. Now, he was stepping on that very diamond while forcing me to give my place to his mistress. I didn't bother moving.

he says. “It doesn't matter. You would have come ten years later, and it would still be this way, Dante. My heart, it’s solely yours.” He smiles and leans in again, and our lips press together, moving as one. Once, I was the bride he bought , a woman trapped in a bargain made out of power and pride, just so we could save our parents. Now, I’m the woman he chose. And this time, it isn’t a transaction, neither is it because of anyone else.

This was not how Diva pictured her special day. Soon, Blaze backed off from the so-called kiss; glancing at Diva from head to toe, he let out a sigh of relief. He was glad his bride wasn't ugly. Rather, she was extremely beautiful -a treat to the eyes, even without any makeup. His name wouldn't be defamed, and the world would say that Blaze Hudson had married an angel. After the wedding concluded, Vyan ran towards his brother and let out a gasp in horror as soon as his eyes fell on the bride, Diva.

Aurelia's POV I stormed into the big unfamiliar mansion angry. How could I be married for almost three years and knew nothing about it? Remembering the embarrassing scene that led to this discovery made me even angrier. “Mom, Dad, This is Jonathan, my fiance. He proposed to me a few days ago and I want to marry him” I was blushing so hard, my excitement almost palpable. Jonathan was perfect, almost too good to be true and the thought of a forever with him made my heart melt into a puddle. I was positive that my parents would approve so I had no fear.

That's why it was very easy for her to get me married to her friend's daughter. But if Ashley was her friend's daughter, how come I hadn't met her until now? Well... If it'll takes me signing the marriage certificate to secure my position in the company, then so be it. Besides, it is what it is - a piece of paper which could get lost or torn at any time. At least, that's what I had thought. Except now, there was a fragile human in the midst of all these - my new bride who sits beside me in the car, yet is scared to look at me and has her eyes glued to the backseat window.
