Looking at him. The warrior froze. And in that one second— The creature moved. Fast. Too fast. Its hand snapped forward, gripping his throat. Not crushing— Just holding. The warrior struggled instantly, clawing at its arm. “Get him off!” someone shouted. But before anyone could reach— The creature leaned closer. And something shifted. A pulse. A dark wave— That passed from it… Into him. The warrior’s body went rigid. Completely still. His eyes widened. Then—

A man's scream echoed roughly in a flash. Marcus witnessed two werewolves dragging a male soldier. He appears to be a member of the WW Force based on his clothing. The man struggled, even more, when he was forced to kneel in front of Althaia, who was now staring at him emotionlessly. Althaia grinned horrifyingly. "Any final words?" Marcus overheard Althaia ask the poor man. Instead of pleading for his life, the man insulted Althaia's ferocity. But this time, I walk in on a breathtaking sight. One of the showers is still running and steam fills the room. As I walk into the room, my breath hitches as I see a warrior I don’t recognize under one of the shower heads. He is facing me, his tall, leanly muscled body on full display. Water runs down his body, rolling along his shoulders, his chest, his hips, right to his fully erect dick, which he is stroking roughly. The warriors we had available were trained harder than every other warrior we've had in the history of the Moon Crescent pack. —there, we have to pay for losing good men in battle. I continued laying on the bed, about to drift off into a beautiful sleep w, when the door to my bedroom cracked open, and the woman who had made herself known to me, and a sigh left my lips.

I swiftly swivelled my body around to protect myself from another attack, which would’ve seriously injured me. The warrior aimed his knife and raised his arm, about to stab me. My body was zapped of its energy to move or react. I had survived one situation like this just moments ago, but I saw no way out of this one. The knife was centimetres away from me. Jack starts to head back to the room when I wave him off so I can go back by myself. Slipping into the room I quickly move toward the warrior. He is still sleeping, and I can see sweat dripping from his brow. I had closed the door when I entered and moved around the bed to the injured side. Putting both my hands above the injury, I move my hands forward to touch the cloth hiding the wound. The warrior stirs briefly and then settles. I start to move my hands to pull the infection from his body. The injury is on his right leg. I can feel a twinge of pain on my right leg, but it is not a huge injury. I have managed to catch the infection before it spreads.

Ryan! Sending out an urgent link, I call all my warriors. They arrived quickly but many of them were not in a good condition, they were drunk after celebrating Simon’s wedding.
