Kate POV As I was sitting with the warrior wounded by the rogue attack a couple nights ago, I was pleased to see he was doing well. I had been up early after a good night’s rest. I had been exhausted the night before. I think everything just finally caught up with me and my body just needed the break. As I was sitting there, and we were joking around some of his warrior friends came in to see him before heading to training. As they bowed their heads showing their necks as a sign of respect to me, I stood and welcomed them into the room. Waving to the warriors I took my leave so they could carry on with their day.

Adharva was almost thankful for the war at that moment and stepped out and closed the curtain and forbade anyone from making noise in the area and waking them up before it's time. Adharva decided to tour the forest as it was still early. He walked besides the pond and then he saw it, the person. Their long hair was flowing down their shoulder. They were wavy and the man looked ethereal as he sat there in the water playing with the swans. The moon light, gave them an otherworldly glow. He saw the man leave. Their body was that of a warrior's. There was no doubt that he was from the other side of the war.

Malik's eyes go wide, and then a smirk works its way to his lips. Once the warrior stops taking, he lets Malik go. Malik gets to his feet, walks back around his desk, and sits back down. He then nods at his guards, who step up, lean down, and grab the warrior, pulling him to his feet. The warrior looks at Malik and says in a panic. "But I just told you, I just warned you..."

Scratching the back of my neck, my cheeks reddened as I looked away from Al's naked torso, "W.I.K.D is closing in on us, they set camps at night, move fast during the day," I swallowed hard, "And how do you know this?" Amber inquired, she didn't even try to hide her bitter tone, I thought long and hard, realizing I didn't get her name and she did mention not to tell my friends about us ever meeting, I wish to honor that request, she did save my life, twice, "I— I was out catching my breath when I pick up a scent.... blood, so I— followed it... They have humans as some kind of prisoners, doing bloodletting to lure us in. And—" I paused,

There is a wild look in the warrior’s eyes as he charges toward me. I aim my gun at the warrior’s head, but before I pull the trigger, another warrior bites my elbow, causing me to drop my weapon. I feel the warrior’s teeth sink into the flesh of my arm and know that I am in trouble. The warrior shakes his head violently, and my shoulder pops out of joint. “Fuck,” I scream out. As the pain brings me to my knees.

the warrior claims before suddenly lunging at me. Expecting this, I quickly duck down, causing him to snap into thin air. I then forcefully push up into him, knocking him backwards and leaving him stunned. Before he can recover, I lock my jaws around his neck and dig my fangs into the fur and flesh. The warrior flails his claws and snaps his jaws, trying everything he can to break free from my grip. I lock my jaw tighter, cutting off the circulation until he stops moving. Once I’m sure the enemy is dead, I release my grip and gaze down at him.

She felt drawn to him, and as she took two steps forward with her hand reaching out to him, the tall mysterious warrior was tackled to the ground by the Beta. A battle cry was torn from the warrior's full lips as he picked Beta Daniel up like he was light as a feather, which she knew not to be true because he was built like a goddamn tank; all the werewolves were. The Betas' nails extended into claws and he used them to slash the warrior across the face and arms. Blood seeped from the warrior's wounds, but it did not falter his movements as he crushed the Betas body against the same wall he had Mira pressed upon.

~Luc’s Point of View~ ~The Next Night~ *Behind you,* I shout, over mind-link. The warrior drops, and the vampire flies right over him unable to stop his momentum. I dash to him, grab his head and rip it clean off. I quickly drop the head as the body twitches at my feet.

I would have woken the man up without feeling afraid, but my heart couldn't lie; it was beating fast with anxiety. Beta Lyra stood up tensely even though she swore to me she wasn't nervous. “Hey, wake up!” I shouted loudly. It worked because that's how the wardens or warriors woke him up. "Yes, I'm awake." Warrior Johan sat with both knees on the floor and lowered his head. I took out the red candle that I didn’t like the scent of. My nose didn’t smell it, thanks to this white mask. I got both of those items from the rogue assassins.
