They had fearless warriors and skilled wolves that were always ready to stake their lives for the pack and one of them was the beautiful young grey wolf with dark blue eyes named Althea. Althea was known throughout the kingdom as one of the fiercest werewolf warriors. She was fearless in battle, and her fighting skills were unmatched by any other warrior. She also had an unwavering loyalty to her pack. She had fought in many battles and had never once faltered in her duty to protect her pack and her Alpha. “Like Fluffy? Absolutely not. Our pup needs a commanding name. Something that makes people pause. Alpha material.” “You know we don’t even know if the baby’s gonna be an alpha, right?” “Details!” he said, waving it off. “Okay, first up—Ronan Dunham. Powerful, right?” I tilted my head. “Kind of sounds like Roman.” “But this has bite! Ronan Dunham. Strong. Fearless. A warrior’s name.” “It’s not bad.” Levi practically glowed. “Okay, how about Fenrir?” “You want to name our baby after a wolf destined to eat the gods?”

“You are cute but fierce, I heard you almost killed three of our pack warriors” “I did not almost kill them, I just gave them a little cut” He gave me the 'are you serious' look and I smiled sheepishly “but they are alive, aren't they?” “So you accept the name” “What name” “Wild cat” “Don’t you dare call me that” “I don’t know your real name, so I will stick to wildcat” he winked at me. “You know my name, it’s A….” He suddenly switched on the music, it was really loud as it blared from the speakers making my voice barely audible.

“Interesting, like us, but not like us. Are there any werecat colonies or prides in North America?” “Not to my knowledge, Little Luna. But werecats are a pretty unknown underworld phenomenon. There could be a group, or a few groups of them here in North America. We do have large cats here, mountain lions, better known as cougars.” I looked over at Fenrir, “Anything you want to add?” I asked him politely. He wasn’t the one I was mad at. Fenrir wasn’t the one keeping secrets. “Actually yes. Although his, Andrew is his name?”

Karen fumed, Karen was the older and even more graceful version of Nicole. Despite her pliant looks, she'd been a powerful enforcer and warrior for another pack before she met Mendez. She'd been so powerful and popular that she'd been nicknamed Kat, after her wolf's fighting style. Karen's ginger-colored wolf was as vicious as a cat and even more sneaky. She'd also been from a wealthy family, who did everything to get her married to Mendez so she would stop violence and face the family business.

he whispered, “that’s a lovely code name, it will never be used for another operative and do you know why?” I shook my head, “no, why?” A scary smile formed on his face, “Black Wolf’s mate’s name is Jade, it will be known now that I’m mated and to you.”

I speak up, “Yeah, Kaia’s codename is Canary and Sinclair’s codename is Sin, short for her actual name.” “Oh.” Adrian said quietly. I don’t know what that is about, but I brush it off, because it’s time to start the ceremony. I mind link all warriors to come to the training facility and all ranked members need to report as well. Which earned a reply from my mother saying to watch my tone. I chuckled and waited as everyone started filing in. After a little bit I see Mom, Dad and Thalia all walking down the middle and onto the stage. I smile at her and take her hand to join me. My folks are standing behind me, and I make a small speech to the warriors.

I would rather be called an Alpha if Dominic and I end up mated in the future—that’s if the Moon Goddess pairs us as each other’s second chance. For the next hour, the two of us enjoy the silence the office has to offer, chipping away at the cheesecake. Today, we are discussing which wolves are ready to become Hunters- and Trackers-in-training. We refer to these wolves as HITs and TITs, and honestly, I hated these nicknames. Since I begin training these wolves, both Hunters and Trackers have been training together, sharing their knowledge and working towards becoming stronger with new skills. It is why we have been debating on a new name for our wolves—Warriors. Dominic and Christian kept th

I Continue, and he smiles “Yes, I do. Welcome all.” He says and smiles “The Warriors are Jacob, Jason, Andre, Christopher, Thomas, Michael, Jack, Oliver, Owen, and Eli,” I say and I feel the surprise from my warrior. They didn’t expect me to know their names. “I have cleared a wing on the second floor to the right. It is completely free, and your warriors have my permission to keep everyone away from there.” Carter tells us. “Thank you, Alpha,” I say and smile.
