Maya spit these last words, and the crowd roared, some laughing, some howling with rage. Sasha said nothing. She stood there, fists clenched, her eyes darkening. “You will not disrespect our union.” Her voice was a menacing growl, though a poor imitation of an Alpha. “Don’t ever forget your place, Rogue.” The Warriors laughed. Encouraged by their support, Sasha pointed at the pair of them. “Warriors! Do not let a pair of filthy Rogues disrespect your Alpha and his TRUE Luna!” The Warriors, their anger reignited, surged forward once more. They yanked Maya over the railing, and she was lost in the crowd. All I could hear were her screams of terror.

The sword began to tingle in his grip as Rhychard blocked another swing. He could hear the words the other Warriors were chanting and soon the words began to make sense to him even though he couldn't make them out.
