Arrows flew from the darkness of the forest. They whistled through the air aimed at Elvanya. "Protect the circle" I roared. My warriors raised their shields and the arrows bounced off. More arrows came. Then figures emerged from the trees. Rebels. At least fifty of them. All armed with swords and spears.

"Now that's right David, step the hell aside..." one of the warriors began to jeer. But he was halfway through when David turned quickly to Leo, shooting out his claws. Leo spotting this, chuckled quickly and turned back to the enemy warriors. "Right about time Beta David!!" Leo roared, shooting out his claws too and launching at one of the enemy warriors. The two warriors were caught off guard by the sudden attack and they stumbled backwards, with eyes widened in surprise.

One of the rouges, clearly the leader of this group, howled before the full gang ran to attack the warriors.
