The Falling Leaves In Autumn

The Falling Leaves In Autumn

He rested his profound gaze on me and asked, “How did you fall? When did you get here?” I clenched my fists tightly inside my sleeves. I knew that tearing things up at that moment would not do me any good. I obediently leaned into his arms like I always did. “I just got here. My heels were too high. I twisted my ankle.” The tension in his face finally eased. He scooped me up and headed out. He said in a low voice, “You’re not allowed to wear heels this high anymore.” I looked at the face I had once been so captivated by, yet an endless chill spread through my heart.

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

*** After the meal, Xyla held Jeremy’s hand and walked with him in the small garden behind the house. At the end of autumn, cool breezes abound. The air was peasant too. Some of the leaves on trees had already turned yellow. When a breeze blew over, some leaves gradually took flight and eventually fell to the ground. At first glance, the leaves looked like butterflies that came to life. On the path full of white cobblestones, golden leaves of Ginkgo trees were all over the ground. A large patch of golden leaves already covered the entire surface of the ground. It looked as beautiful as a dream…

The storyline is too good to be true! I love all the leads and emotions are shown very clearly... but nowadays, it looks like story is still dragged out... same drama, same praises, same scandals... either this should end on a good note or may be Author should change the perspective.
Peachy Barbadillo
a lot is going on with the story and I feel like Stanley was being left behind in this story...I think y should focus more on the two main character...where is Stanley's point of view when xyla were being attack and bullied..that's all but great story though but decided to drop it...

The Don is Mine

The Don is Mine

LUCA The sun was sinking low, painting the hills in gold and fire. The olive groves stretched out in neat rows, their silver-green leaves shimmering in the evening light. The air smelled of earth and fruit, of something older than memory. Holly walked beside me, her hand brushing mine, her dress catching the breeze. She looked around like she was trying to memorize every detail — the way the branches bent, the way the shadows stretched, the way the land seemed endless.

The Golden Leaf

The Golden Leaf

Señor Ramirez boomed. Drago ignored him and stared at the Golden Leaf in awe. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, his face serious and focused. “2…2…1…2,” he whispered. Golden sparkles burst out as the Leaf glowed more intensely, its glimmering rays almost blinding us. Drago smiled in triumph. He reached his hand out and gently lifted the Golden Leaf from its position. There were a few moments of silence as our breaths were snatched away by the sheer elegance and majesty of the extraordinary object.

"Anything in mind?" Her father stood and picked a random tin off the shelf, and opened it to be assaulted by the smell of fresh cinnamon. Her picked another tin and found it to be full of mint leaves. Holly took them and put them back. "Anything in mind?" she repeated. "How many flavours do you have?" he asked in turn. "A lot." she smiled. "Er... Chocolate orange?" he offered. Holly offered him a tin, and when he took the lid off was hit by a smell that made his mouth water.

The last Leaf on the tree

we hugged each other "So?" "What do you mean by, so?" "Are we picking you up today?" "Oh, yeah about, that my mom is also coming" "Okay, great" "Want to go outside?" she asked. "Umm...what about the cafeteria, I mean I'm also okay, with going out but-" "Let's go out then," Stella said already walking outside, so I quickly ran along. "Wait, what's the name of this festival, is it something special or is it just for fun?"

His Brother's Mate

His Brother's Mate

“Never ever cut down any of the holly trees. When we gather greenery, let a grown-up take the holly branches down. It’s really bad luck to cut a holly tree down. They are sacred. It’s where people got the word holy, and we have only a few holly trees right now. There used to be more, but some kind of bug got to them, and they died.” “That makes sense. If you don’t need to kill something if you don’t have to clean the air, the more we have, the better. I think I can remember that.” “But you’ll love it. I bet Hilda has started making dough for cookies and stuff already. She’s got a really important job of cooking all the special foods. Mince tarts, shortbread, Yule Logs, that’s a cake,

Your story seems very interesting. You described complicated relations between your characters, picking my interest. I wonder why the pregnant woman decided to inform his family about his son after he told her to stay away. Good job!

Enjoyable story and I like the way it was written. Lots of detail but not boring at all as it was a fresh approach to the subject matter and I think anyone who is open to new thoughts on the supernatural will be very happy!

Alpha Brocks Mate

Alpha Brocks Mate

Yadiel’s perspective: Looking out my window, I am greeted by a vibrant scene of autumn splendor. The leaves, in their various shades of red, orange, and yellow, dance gracefully in the gentle breeze. They rustle and sway, creating a mesmerizing display of colors against the backdrop of the clear blue sky. The branches of the trees, once lush with green foliage, now showcase a mosaic of hues, painting a picture of nature's transition.

Extreme Love

Extreme Love

Fallen yellow-yellow foliage covers the street as a carpet for those who want to go home after struggling to understand each class. On that beautiful street, the air felt quite cold for Alex who was standing on the side of the road while watching the people walking past him. A leaf fell and fell on Alex’s head. Alex took the leaf and looked at it long enough. Then he stared ahead, and he came back sad to see some pairs of lovers walking in front of him.

Fallen-Re

“You wouldn’t have heard of it. It’s strictly between heaven, hell and the fallen.” “What’s a fallen?” “It’s someone who used to be an angel in a past life. When they’re resurrected, they’re identified by a specific birth mark. You, my dear, are one of the fallen. You should have a birth mark that’s shaped like a star. It’s in different places for different individuals but your parents found yours on your hipbone.” What the hell. This is way too much information that I wasn’t expecting. I’m essentially in the middle of a holy war, if what she’s saying is the truth.
