he grunted a reply. “We are going to rally up some warriors from the clan and we are invading the wizards’ territory on full moon. No one comes to attack the great Alpha of the Autumn pack and goes scot free.” Calhoun boasted with pride while looking at Sara. She was the real reason for his plan to attack them. He wouldn’t bear to lose his daughter again.

Or they drowned her to spite me. Sirens and werewolves will always be enemies. There is no place in my heart for them. They are ruthless warriors always turning their enemies against each other. Humans revere sirens as something to love. They celebrate mermaids and sirens with cute little dolls and put them on t-shirts. Those images are all dubious. It is a lie to think such ruthless creatures are harmless, beautiful, or friendly. My father was foolish enough to trust sirens and he lost his very own brother over it. Trust was broken and a war broke out. The sirens will never prevail and will never show true empathy.

Which could only mean one thing– a predator is near. The young wolf stopped. His every sense is awake, watchful, cautious. And then there was a scent. Of something unfamiliar. They were taught since they were very young, the unknown is dangerous– and he might not see it, but he knows, he’s within the presence of something, someone dangerous. From the corner of his eye he saw something moved. And relief washed through him upon seeing that it was only just a squirrel. It’s his first night, nothing ever happens on the first night.

Ezra had also received his opponent's wild declaration of war. He closed his eyes slightly, speculating on his opponent's exact direction. Windy and Nolan also heard howls filled with declarations of war. The instincts of a Wolf warrior didn't let them have the slightest thought of backing down. They both spun in unison as they flew in Ezra's direction. All the creatures in the forest are afraid to return to their lair because the mystic declares war. The forest was suddenly frighteningly silent, and it was possible to see the danger lurking in that atmosphere.

I know Callum would be, too, because I thought she would take advantage of being our mate and hang around us. She stood up and said, “I, Regina Shepard, reject Alpha Killian and Callum Crescent as my mates” I could hear the howling of my wolf in my head and the pain it felt only to look at Callum to say something, but I couldn't, only for Callum to walk out without saying anything and I looked at her before walking out I could see the confusion and the pain she was enduring to reject us, she indeed was the queen of war because I've seen do many people who lose their mind after a rejection from their mates, what was she thinking.

Months and months of investigation would have gone down the drain if he had. He slipped through shadows like a ghost, following the racket Nathaniel was making with his beta. The spineless coward wasn't even going to try and defend his title. He had left his men to the mercy of an unknown threat. It was an honour to be an Alpha of a pack but Nathaniel had no honour. Rounding the corner the four werewolves surrounded the SUV. Sierra and Alvaro had shifted, their tawny and black pelts and glimmering in the moonlight as they stilled, their hard eyes on the two men.

Above us the colours danced together, while small water drops caressed our skin. While I was mesmerized by what was happening in the distance while Jake and Darren were barking orders around me. I was so enraptured by the colours swirling in the air that I didn’t notice that this was it. This was the sign that something big was happening. I clutched my belly in protection and tried to tune in on the commands that the Alpha and Beta of Grey Moon were giving the warriors that started assembling on the town square. Chaos and a cacophony of chatter burst around me. Chris and Darren had each reached out to their teams, which were moving around like a well oiled machine. They knew what they had to

She rubbed her eyes just to make sure that she wasn’t seeing things. It was true—the painting was moving! The robes of the emperor bellowed through an invisible wind, while the four animals surrounding him started to move in circles. Jade moved her face closer. The animals stopped. Then, without warning, started to move forward and towards her—the white tiger, the red bird, the blue dragon, and the black tortoise! Mesmerized by what she was seeing, Jade lifted her hand to touch the painting. CRAAAACK! A loud rumbling sound filled the room. Then, there was a sudden sensation from her belly—as though an invisible hook had tethered itself and yanked her forward and up. Jade let out a scream tha

Desmond rubbed his chin and said, "Something's wrong! There's definitely something wrong with him running off like this!" Suddenly, there were some frantic footsteps coming from afar. They looked over to see a warrior with rat-like eyes rushing into the cave. When he saw the four of them, he immediately saluted and greeted them. The four of them were familiar with the person. He was a warrior from the Searing Flame Clan of the Star Continent and was an inner disciple. However, he had defected to them and acted as their spy on Triton. Even though they were on the same side, it was still only a temporary alliance.

Seeing that it was plunging, I leapt away from it, and my bird appeared under me. "Great job, son," Reed complimented me, and I let out a soft smile. The squirrel cat is indeed something else. "Now it is my turn." He said, and I could see the curiosity in his tone. Instantly, another Nazgul drove at us from behind, and our bird narrowly escaped its sharp teeth. I can now see the advantage that we have. The skeletons couldn't control any earth, which made the battle favour us. The only thing they could do is attack us with their Nazgul, their sharp black arrow, and they are thousands in number.
