I remembered Serena laughing that night, I remembered the bracelet sliding down her wrist while she cut the cake. “Is this footage from the early morning?” I asked. “Yes, sir.” I walked closer slowly. The image quality was terrible, but the bracelet was visible enough. My mind immediately started rejecting what I was looking at, because it makes no sense. “Zoom in.” I ordered. The security director enlarged the footage, the screen blurred slightly but the moon charm remained visible. Damien looked toward me cautiously. “You recognize it?” I didn’t answer because I don’t know what answer made sense anymore.

"What? Do you magically appear in my bedroom or something?" I meet his gaze, watching the slight smile he had only seconds ago completely fade. "I am everywhere you are." Gulp. Our eyes stay glued for another second; he looks away first. I'm still trying to grasp what he just said when I hear a faint scream. Or maybe it was a high-pitched growl, I can't be sure. Whatever it was now has the Watchman's full attention. He pushes my shoulder all the way inside the car and slams the door, then disappears right in front of me.

He grinned. The voice was slow, somehow, it resonated inside him for no reason. The hair on Freddie’s body rose. “What the fuck!” He shouted in shock. “Kill him!” He shouted. The bears rushed toward Second for the second time. Second chuckled before making a slash motion with his entire arm vertically around him. BOM! The dashing bears burst and fell to the ground. The sand started to pill up around Second. “Hah?” Something weird happened. Swoosh!

But while I laid there on my bed, in an empty Sorority house, I thought, screw it. Throwing my black hoodie on, I headed downstairs. Once I reached the front door, I pulled it open. "Where you off to?" Bear asked, his mouth filled with half a sandwich. He was holding the other half in his hand as he walked out of the kitchen. "What the hell William? You scared the crap out of me.” I placed my palm on my chest, hoping it would calm my racing heart. “Why are you here, anyways?" "Chase asked me to watch over you," he replied, taking another huge bite.

He collected it and gave it to me. " Wear it, my workers can't see you naked" he said. I quickly wear the shirt. Atlas opened the car door and the other also step out. The moment I step out, I took to my heels ,stupid me, I thought escaping the twins Alpha Bear was that easy but I just made a joke if myself. I ran as far as I could, I was panting, I look back and no one was chasing after me. At first I wanted to stop but my inner Bear asked me to keep running then I saw a gate from afar,it was locked then that was when I realized why they didn't chase after me.

We rush through the entrance, and I fight my way through the guards to the back. Tim and a few others following me. I reach the stairs and slowly descend down them. We search one room at a time, slowly clearing them of guards. The further along that I get, the more worried I am that they aren’t here, and this really was a set-up. Tim and others scan the room after me as I push the door open. I freeze, seeing Bear barely even moving. A guard is stood next to him with a needle in his hand.

FLASHBACK "Woah! Is that a new collection I see Bebe?" She grinned as she trailed lines with her fingers on his wrist. Something she does constantly to him only, out of habit, her eyes glowed with teenage excitement as she stared at the famous Vince wristwatch on her boyfriend's wrist. Her favorite wristwatch brand. "This is nothing babe. One day, I'll have a brand that's most famous on earth." He said smugly. "Oh common, Carlo." She swat his arm playfully and they laughed.

Followed by our dispirited exit, James, Klempner and myself filing out to make our way back home. Will, arms folded, legs astride, watches all this in silence. The shot segues to more CCTV: Baxter and the woman: the happy couple loitering by a coffee bar, laughing and joking, airport gates stretching in a long file as far as the eye can see. Klempner rumbles; a sound matched from somewhere down by his feet. "Quiet, Bear," he says. "It's alright." Scruffy's by him, apparently in a bid for canine unity.

He grabbed the minion with a single, fluid motion and hurled him down to the first floor, The guy landed with a thunderous crash that echoed up the stairwell. Bear scooped me up from the floor. He said, "C..ome on," as he carried me away from the danger. His eyes caught my attention as he carried me through the dimly lit corridors. Usually brown, they seemed to flicker to an eerie shade of green in the shadowy light. I noticed his tattoo as my head rolled away from his face. The Bear's eyes tattooed on his arm were a vivid green, mirroring what I'd thought I'd just seen. The oddity made me question if my mind was playing tricks on me from the fall or something.
