MONSTERS: Adhira

MONSTERS: Adhira

Their long and thin tongue is stuck out as if they are already craving human flesh. The hole emits miasma nonstop as it stands as the portal to hell. Every moment, other creatures were materialized and given life. Goblins, Golems, Ghouls, Orge, Imps, Lich, Warlocks, you name it! To make everything short, everything related to the corrupted souls of Tartaro. I look at Phelan, and I see no fear on him despite the innumerable foes. Neither anyone in my pack shows fear. Instead, I see their excitement in their hazel orbs.

The Queen of The Half-Breeds

The Queen of The Half-Breeds

We can't afford to let one of them slip between us, or better yet, fall between us. ”Okay. Come on Emm. I'll stay back to back with Leviathan. You will hug me while keeping Rose glued to your back.” ”Okay.” Now then. You might be wondering, what does these monsters look like. Well they are literally decaying corpses with skin peeling off of them and all kinds of bugs in and on them. They are cowered in dried blood, mud, dust and even spiderwebs.

The Mates of Monsters

The Mates of Monsters

I tighten my grip on David and ask, "Your proclamation—what's the big picture? Where do you see this going? I'm curious, Alpha Nicodra. Do you have any specific ideas regarding how exactly you're going to resurrect our culture?" He lifts his glass to me and says, "I'm happy to hear your interest. My ideas are truly rooted in our conformity to a way of life that was simply not built on the beings we are. Frankly, Brigette, we are not human. In all honesty, we're monsters—at least to them, at least in our physiology." "Monsters," I repeat, tasting the word on my tongue.

This is a very good book and can be part of my Recommended List. And for readers like me who like to read reviews first before deciding if they will read the book, this is NOT your TYPICAL werewolf story if you’re like me who loves reading them. BUT it’s very worthy tackling the true concept of MATE

What a delight! Well-written, this story is an expression of the authors maturity in writing and in story telling. Internal dialogue and conflict of our main is the whole story, the tone slightly heavy. Great feminist lead, who has her cake and eats it too! Also the Alpha is pretty great too.

A Werewolf Fantasy

A Werewolf Fantasy

“We have a more serious matter to look into right now. First of all, what kind of creatures are these? They do not quite look like us.” “I suspect that they are Nikjin’s minions,” said Monah, the general of Vak’s warriors. “From the little intelligence that I have been able to gather from my spies, your brother’s army of evil werewolves is a distorted version of our kind.” Vak sighed. “I thought that the rumors were just embellished to scare us, but it seems like they may be true. These beasts have unnatural strength and if it had not been for our numbers, they could have overpowered us and killed us all.”

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

I can't help but feel nauseous. "There had been many instances before when rogues tried to group each other to attack and target a pack, but they never succeeded... but the attack on blue moon pack, the death of Amara, tells a new story now. I was searching for the pack of wolves, vampires, and witches when Amara, along with the most notorious witches and warlocks, took control of my body from me. Even after trying my best, I was only able to set her on fire, but obviously, I am not the god... I am meant to be defeated that day. I also have doubts that not only the werewolf children but also the children of vampires, witches, and warlocks are also disappearing.''... {Now I am getting confuse

This book has a great story line. Lots of mystery to keep your interest and twist and turns to make you read more. I love the main character strong female personality even though indecisive at times. There are errors and the transitions could be better but a good read overall. You will get better!

Worth reading. Has enough action to not be boring nor overwhelming. Great plot twists. FYI: several reviews mention some problems with language/syntax. An author’s note said it costs money to go back and edit. Look, MY English ain’t perfect, but I can understand enough of the story to enjoy it.

Wolfsbane: His darkness, Her Light

Wolfsbane: His darkness, Her Light

I said, masking my concern. “It’s as good of place to start as any, I guess.” Cas nodded. “I can help, too.” Kali said, quietly. The tension in the air was vibrating at what we’d just discussed as we all glanced at one another. Over the next few days, we dove into the books and the mythology of any and all monster lore we could find. We read about everything from banshees to wendigos, but nothing really seemed to fit just right. The blood drinking was throwing us off. Whatever it was, it was elusive, deadly, and rare.

Married to a monster

Married to a monster

“Because he’s a problem. And I don’t let problems grow roots.” Carlo stepped closer, voice low. “So you’ve been feeding us information.” “I have my reasons.” Kristen crossed her arms. “And you’re just helping us out of the kindness of your heart?” Bernice finally looked at her, a little amused. “No. I’m helping because if Marcus wins, he doesn’t stop with one crew. He spreads like a disease.” She paused, then added, “And because I still remember who you used to be, Carlo. Before all the blood.”

Monster Can Love Too

Monster Can Love Too

“We need to leave the city.” “Good,” Alessio said, jaw set. “Because there’s something I need to show you.” Noa’s brow furrowed. “What?” Alessio’s grin was slow, dangerous. “Where monsters are born.” Noa’s blood ran cold. And the elevator groaned again. Footsteps. Not Dominik’s. Someone worse. A shadow darker than even Alessio. And Noa realized, too late They weren’t out of this yet. They’d just walked into the next nightmare.

Stuck In A Monster Loop

Stuck In A Monster Loop

Her face was pale, lips quivering. And suddenly, I remembered the first message carved into my arm. It hadn't said a monster; it had said monsters. Plural. If that was true… then we might be dealing with more than one creature. Even so, something about this didn't sit right. A subtle wrongness tugged at me… something I couldn't quite put into words.

When a Womanizer Alpha Mated to a Playgirl Beta

When a Womanizer Alpha Mated to a Playgirl Beta

The howling grew louder, almost deafening, until it felt like the forest itself was screaming in warning. Out of the maelstrom, they emerged. Three monstrous creatures stepped forward, their forms grotesque and twisted. They were unlike anything Magnus, Lara, or Alex had ever seen—hulking beasts with elongated limbs and eyes that glowed a sickly yellow in the darkness. Their bodies were covered in matted fur, patches of rotting flesh visible beneath. Saliva dripped from their gaping jaws, revealing rows of razor-sharp teeth.
