Valerie doesn't have much to complain about except she feels shy around her mates. Jasmine had become good friends when she came into the library late at night hearing Valerie rummaging through the books looking for important books. Jasmine turned the overhead light and Valerie froze with arms full of some books. She apologized for waking her and Jasmine just started helping her as Valerie took notes in her notebook and after that, they became best friends and study mates. "I'm exhausted. After the boys had left my room, I went through my bag and pulled out my favorite book, Night Flame, by Catherine Hart.
