Upon second thought, she unhooked the keychain from her backpack and handed it to him with a dimpled grin. "Here. This is a friendship gift," she said. At that moment, the seed of love took root in Carter's heart. He had treasured that gift for many years. Now, staring at the keychain for what felt like an eternity, Carter finally placed it into a box. Sealing the box felt like he was storing away the love he had harbored for Misty over the past decade.

“I want your love. That’s why I did everything I did. Because I love you so much and can’t stand being rejected by you.” Stanley regards her with a mixture of scrutiny and sadness. “Emily, there is no love in what you did,” he says firmly. “You didn’t act out of love; you acted out of hate and envy. What you did to Eloise and to us… it wasn’t love. It was cruelty.” Emily’s face contorts with rage. “You don’t understand,” she hisses. “You’ve never understood how much I love you.” Stanley shakes his head. “You don’t understand what love is, Emily. Love isn’t about control or manipulation. It’s about trust, respect, and kindness. And what you did… it was none of those things.”

It wasn't just this that made her want a divorce; it was simply the last straw. Anna had loved Gerald for ten years. Rachel sent me a message. His name came out barely a whisper. "I love you, Bowie." He said it again, stronger this time, like a weight had been lifted off his chest. “I have been trying to say it for weeks. I couldn't… I didn't know how. But I love you. I'm in love with you."

She’s glad that her grandma didn’t leave their side when they hopelessly went to her for help. Valeriana recalled that when she was only five years old her mom had told her that her (Valeriana) granny wasn’t that fond of her father. In Fact she used to dislike him very much. Grandma was against their marriage but Valeriana’s mother used to love Valeriana’s father very much so she ran away with him and married him.
