Werewolf Books Novels & Stories

“Am I disturbing you?” Actually, he was, since I’d just gotten into a very descriptive part of the novel about the werewolf being featured. I’d learned long ago that a good deal of fact was hidden in fiction, so I wanted to read and digest what was written to see if I could incorporate it into the werewolf facts I’d managed to accumulate so far. I put my bookmark in the page and closed the book. “Not at all, Evan,” I said with a forced smile. “Please, come sit.”

However standing in front of her, A friend, a beta werewolf who seems to recognize her and refuses to attack, instead he runs away. "How long can you keep that act up!" She raised her blade and swung at a nearby tree shattered it and sending the chunks flying towards Jason again. (Oh come on! I've had it!) the wolf vexed and stops in his tracks only to then lunge at the red haired girl. "Finally showing your true colors!" Clara said as she took her stance however. 'Chomp!' the wolf grabs a large tree branch mid air and swings it at Clara surprising her. (He's using weapons?! But a wolf can't!) She bit down hard as she's flung aside.

Ever since she'd seen the news about the release of Wolf in her New Reviews magazine, she'd had a feeling in her gut this was where she needed to look. Jamie had credited a lot of her information to a book titled Legends of the Werewolf. Lia had read and reread the notes her great-grandmother had handed to her in those last sad moments. Notes that told about generations past that came here from Romania and grew the pack. This had to be the book. Legends of the Werewolf. Surely there couldn't be two books with the exact same title.

she said. "But mother! where we will find those books" asked Catalina. "There were three books, trio were with werewolf's, but one day during a war, a werewolf made a deal with a fallen in order to protect his pack from demons, he gave him the book, which was in his pack for centuries, so that book we will find in demon territory" said Grandma Calmly. "Demon? Mother no way we cannot make it to demon's territory you know the law" said Genevieve.

I woke up in the middle of the night. The room was pitch black except for the faint blue glow of the flame lamp on the wall. Lily had fallen asleep, slumped against the edge of my bed. Her lashes were still wet with tears, her face tired but unyielding. I stayed perfectly still, careful not to wake her, but my thoughts kept spinning. Everything that had happened lately played over and over in my mind. Clearly, werewolves were way too tough, so killing them was next to impossible. If I wanted to get back to the human world, ordinary suicide methods wouldn't cut it.

I have read a few of these books. Shaking away the strange icy feeling I flip open the cover and start to read. The sun has started sinking, the sky painted with hues of purple, orange, and red. This is truly my favorite time of day. The book was short but there was a lot of information on werewolves. Information, what do I mean, werewolves don't exist. Or do they? It is that voice again. The same one from this morning. A voice that isn’t mine. A voice inside my head.

But instead of old stories from my grandmother’s life, the pages were scrawled with strange symbols and sketches—shorthand in her handwriting explaining the purpose of different runes and sigils. Flipping through the pages, there were sketches of wolves, and the last page that she’d written in had a detailed rendition of a nightmarish wolf-beast that made my blood run cold at the sight of it, it’s eyes smudged over with charcoal in the shape of a protective rune. My heart raced when I realized what I was holding. This was no ordinary journal, it was a spell book.

she asks, her voice quiet but firm. I nod my head, leaning back in my chair. "Yes. Most of the books in here are true accounts, histories of werewolves and Lycans from the past. Stories passed down through generations." Rosalee nods her head in understanding, her fingers tightening around the book before she turns and walks toward the black leather couch in the corner of my office. She sits down, curling her legs slightly beneath her, and flips open the book, immediately engrossed in its contents.
