Phaedra shows a taste of her power, summoning a volcano’s flaming lava that imitated a firebird’s silhouette as it flew in his direction. Soren was quick on his feet and finally takes out his wand and summons a cool blue breeze that mimicked a whale’s cry and greeted her phoenix with a whip of its whale-like tail. Their powers clashed and colored the battlefield in hues of red and blue, hiding in the beautiful imagery of their clash, like two forces resisting to yield to one another. Eventually, the phoenix and the whale exploded under immense pressure and force. The two squared off, magic and adrenaline pumping in their veins.

She stood still, trying to resist the force but it overwhelmed her and forced her to the ground. "Arrrhh!" She roared as she changed into a Witch-Wolf, as huge as a bear. She jumped around with force, sniffing around her. Some men were sitting at a corner, drinking from some bottles on the floor. They were speaking gibberish as they nodded their head from left to right in rhythm to music playing from a Small stereo. "What is that thing by the corner of the road?" One of them asked with squinting eyes, pointing at a creature by the road.

White howl, anointed howl, First Mother howl, that made northern lights flicker green pink white and made ice under Harlan truck crack loud and made Council thermal drones short out and made fifteen white wolves behind me howl with me and made Jax break free from their hold and run across ice toward us, four lines blazing like small suns, faster than any Guardian should run on ice that kills Guardians who break scatter. Harlan fell back into truck bed, scrambling, shouting, “Kaden, help me! Lena, get net!” But Kaden was looking at me, at my white hair and white eyes and burned hands healing, and his empty eyes filled with tears for first time since Lena marked him, and he whispered, “Amelia—

“I checked. You can’t see the inlet from up there. Plus, once we’re in the water, they just think we look like dolphins.” I doubt that anyone out here has seen a pure white dolphin, but I don’t feel like arguing the point - the sunshine is hot and the water is such a clear blue that I want nothing more than to dive right in. After all, if we’re observed by humans, it isn’t like there’s a shifter tribunal that could bring us up on charges - we’re both already outlaws, exiles, wolves without a pack. No one cares what we do. It’s lonely, but it’s also freeing. I shift, feeling the warm sand under my paws as I race toward the waves. Nash follows me, his wolf a soft brown color with creamy colore

Being born in the form of a Wolf is a great honor of God. As Ezra remained silent and didn't say anything, and Queen Selina was nowhere to be seen, they also somewhat understood the situation. Nolan went to an old tree not far from Ezra and relaxed and rested. Windy also went to the tree, he found it strange that Nolan was so relaxed. "Why don't we call the leader back?" “You see how many blows you can take from the leader.” Windy shivered involuntarily, and he was a little scared when he remembered the leader's training with them.

The wind whipped Warren's hair around as the massive boat carried them onward toward a group of islands off the coast of Vancouver. White shoals crashed into the boat, a pod of killer whales put a show for the handful of people watching from the deck above. They oohed and ahhed as the black and white mammals played in the waves. “Are you Warren Vandal? I can barely tell you, humans, apart, you all look the same to me.” A female voice asked. “There’s no need to make that face, it’s just a question.”

I ask, forgetting about his nakedness for a few seconds, only to be slapped with flushed cheeks and embarrassment, the next as I glance at him again. Just keep your eyes on his eyes Halie. We can do this. "What...you mean shift?" "Think about it Halie, the animal you saw, I'm standing in the same spot. " "Okay, so you manage to stand where he was big deal, " "Stop denying what you're seeing? Did you hear it leave? Something that large isn't easily scared away, " Rider says, taking sure steps towards me and I move back hitting into the trunk of the tree behind me. "You know you know the truth, admit it. You've known all along. "

Madam Amelia seemed to know this as she nodded her head at me. “Now what? You can’t break your vow. What will you do? You can’t have a Wolf Rider running around Astoria.” There it was. She knew what her daughter was. The half human part of it was the least of it. The fact that she was a Rider—a creature that could control a werewolf with a simple command. A creature that ruined my family's life. A creature, who must be destroyed before it gains power. There hasn't been a rider born in half a century, and even before, there was only one that ruled Astoria.

She threw back her head and let out a high-pitched laugh. Josh gave a short laugh. “Gag me with spermaceti, ” I muttered under my breath. After what he said to me this morning, the way he looked at me, I thought Josh was trying to be my friend or my… something. But then there he was with Ruth, not even looking in my direction. He might offer to help me with my square.

Our motorcycle was crashing into the wind, going fast on its wheels. I loved how it felt on my hair and my face. I rested my head on Hunter's back. I wasn't able to hear his heartbeat because of the helmet I had on. We were riding through the mountain and I enjoyed the view of the sea. "Are we allowed to go this fast?" I asked in a yelling voice. "You call this fast?" He asked out loud. "No! Don't do anything crazy, please." I begged wrapping my hands around his torso.
