"I don't have anything to say to you Alpha." I said as I stared at him currently glaring at me. "Neveah you don't understand so don't act like you do." he said in frustration. "I dont mean to offend you Alpha Axel but I have no clue what your talking about." "Don't act like you don't know we're mates," he said in irritation. I tilted my head to the side knowing I was getting under his skin. "Mate's or not. You are no longer mine. So please Alpha King, escort yourself out," I said with a blank stare. I faced my back to him feeling the anger rolling off him in waves. I wasn't the one at fault here. It was all him.

One of the guards grabbed me. I slammed my elbow into his ribs, twisted, and brought the butt of my gun down on his skull. He dropped like a sack of bricks. Out. I had to get out. My boots pounded the floor as I tore through the narrow hallway. But then— “Elisa.” His voice stopped me cold. I turned.
