Secretary Kin was a typical secretary who knew everything about her boss and his working habits, she had worked under Lawyer Mo since she had finished her graduation. It would not be wrong to say that apart from Lawyer Mo it was only Secretary Kim who had been working in the firm long enough to be counted on hands. Knocking on the door, secretary Kim informed the arrival of Assistant Zheng and guided him inside the meeting room. "So this is the infamous meeting room of Lawyer Mo. I have heard alot about it."said assistant Zheng after entering the meeting room while looking around.

And if that would've happened, then that lady was better of the dead. "You... What do you mean by that? That she won't see our boss?" Secretary Han asked confused. 'Wasn't this guy sent there, to just check whether she was home or not? So that boss can go himself and talk about things? Why does it feel like something is wrong with the situation here? He had better not messed up things.' Secretary Han thought before looking at Cheng for answers. 'Please don't tell me this stupid man screwed things. Please don't let it be the case.' Another man sitting in the shotgun seat prayed inside his head.

And I prayed that she wouldn't say anything because I didn't want to cause trouble for her. Suddenly, Minju stood from her chair and said, "Oh, Mr. Kim, your new secretary is very unreliable. She's not fit for her job." I was about to say something when Mr. Kim turned to her and remarked, "And you're not supposed to meddle into things that aren't of your business, Miss Chun."

Immediately we changed back. Sam blinked and for a moment I feared that we had overplayed our hand. Please don't leave, I pleaded silently. Sam stiffened her back. "I want to be your secretary, Kim. I have the experience—over twenty years--to assist you with your professional dealings. But more importantly, I want to be your personal assistant because I don't want you ever to lose that human spark that you have right now. I'm going to stick around so that you will remember what it is to be like us."

he said again in that deep voice. Sir Felix, I'm palpitating here; please have mercy on me. When I picked up my bag I felt my stomach boil. I turned to Sir. Felix and I almost had a heart attack when I saw how close his body was to mine. "S-sir Felix?" I stammer, holding my breath. "Are you mad at me, Secretary Kim? Did I do something wrong again? I ate all the bread earlier, and I didn't say I didn't like it."

She replied, “Okay.” After giving the reminder, the secretary did not leave immediately. She stood opposite Hayden and hesitated to speak. Noticing the secretary’s odd behavior, Hayden finally lifted her head and looked toward the secretary. She asked in a deep voice, “What else is there?” “Mr. Queen, it’s Mr. Kevin York…” “What’s wrong with him?” Did she not chase him away already? “He hasn’t left,” the secretary replied. “Is he still waiting at the entrance?” Hayden asked. What was Kevin trying to do?

she said in a cold voice as her eyes wandered around the faces inside the room. The representative of her friends, the seven bosses, nodded at her before her eyes flew to the older people inside. "We found discrepancies and suspicious loopholes with the Kims," she said dropping the bomb. Mrs. Kim who looked so composed earlier didn't know how to react. Before, she used the fact that she was one of the original set of board members and September's trust on her to get away from this situation. But what can she use to escape the grasp of this woman? Why would he knows that I am not?

she smiled while handing them over to me. " It seems like the Kim's are bent on ending their lifeline," I sighed before saying. " They're hellbent on taking revenge for what has been done to Mr Kim, he isn't dead but they're thinking of inducing his death, he's been paralyzed since the incident and they've been bitter," she said and I nodded while going through the files. " And the secretary, how long has she been working for Todd," I asked. " It's not definite but it's about 3 years of the sort, she's not new and has been bought by the Kims, however, they have no intent of keeping her after the whole thing, she'd be killed," Rita explained and I nodded.
