I sighed and pulled her into me, her body adjusted to bring her legs up on the sofa and her head against my chest.
“I’m sure your parents would have told you at some point,” I said, trying to comfort her, rubbing her back. “Maybe. Do you think they know about me being a werewolf?" she asked. “I highly doubt it. If they did, they wouldn’t have sent you to camp,” I sighed.
“What do you mean? Does this have something to do with what Theia kept telling me in my dream about the full moon and needing you?" she asked.
“Yes. Typically, a werewolf shifts for the first time on the full moon after their sixteenth birthday. The fact you shifted tonight was an anomaly,” I explained.
