When It Raynes Novels & Stories

My hands moved to her hips helping her move faster and within a minute we both came hard. Rayne’s body fell forward onto me and I pulled her into me kissing her forehead. Rayne had been waking up just about every hour needing to be taken care of since she was in heat. Conner about an hour ago left for a run with Hunter and Caleb and I was on Rayne duty which was completely fine with me. This time Rayne didn’t fall back to sleep and I wondered if she realized that Conner wasn’t in bed with us anymore. “Reese.” Rayne said my name like she was wanting to make sure I was awake before she started talking.

Isabella said, closing the door behind her. Rayne raked his fingers through his hair in rage. He doesn't want to believe that Selene is dead but what will he do now? He pulled off his dress and immersed himself in a warm bath. When he was done bathing. He put on the black cloak and rested his back on the plush cushion in the room. Rayne poured the liquor inside the ceramic cup and gulped the contents down. “I don't know if this is love but I'm not going to admit it yet” Rayne soliloquies in the room alone.

It’s not fair for only one person to laugh. He’s wrong. I hope he’ll realize his mistake in the morning. I watch his sleeping form for a bit. When I realize he isn’t going to wake up, I leave the room. He can have it for tonight. It’s all his. I’ll find someplace else to sleep. I open my door just as Rayne opens hers. We stand staring at each other, a little bit in shock at seeing each other this late in the night. She’s in a long sleeping gown and she’s just putting on a see through robe. She looks like she’s going somewhere.

We entered the room and I found Rayne crying on the couch. "Come here... Nobody will ever hurt you," I whispered as I pulled her up and took her in my arms. Her whole body was trembling, and she held onto me with all her strength. Evelyn put her hand on Rayne, but Rayne immediately squirmed and stepped away. "I did nothing..." Evelyn looked at me nervously. "You don't get it! I can't tell anyone! You cannot find out! I don't want to lose you!" Rayne was hysterical.

Rayne's POV It was the next morning after our arrival back to New York and the press meeting we held to announce our marriage to the public and the secret of me being Rayne Williams so I was going into the office today as Ryane and not Lila Adams. It was going to be awkward as hell I just knew it but I was going to make it clear to them that I was still the same person even though they knew me with another name.

Just as she makes to turn to him and ask what's going on, Rayon runs onto the podium and grabs the mic. "Since there's so much love in the air, I think it's high time I take this risk, and be a man. "Rayon says, and everyone including Stella turns to him with questioning eyes, but Christiana and Raymond smile as they suspect he's about to do something they are happy with.

MILA And neither did my body. Even running back to the packhouse, Rayne couldn’t resist brushing against Spencer who didn’t seem to mind. Rayne, stop instigating before things heat up,” I reprimanded her. “What? It’s not like he minds,” Rayne joked. “It’s not like his stupid Luna’s satisfying him.” “So what? We’re not looking to fill that position.”

Nina gave Rayne a strange smile that made her shiver. “Now, Rayne, shall we continue?” It was bound to be a long night.

It would destroy me if it didn’t happen. I asked Evie to watch the kids while Alexis and Zen went for a run. I tell Rayne I will show him my cliff, which is where I go to when I need to be closest to the moon. We go for a run; we don’t come back for hours. It feels so good to have him here. I think the goddess knew I needed him. The kids are in bed by the time we return. Rayne says goodnight as we both have work tomorrow and he doesn’t want anyone to get the wrong impression if he stays over. I was confused and asked him, “Why?”
