IMMORTAL (IMMORTAL SAGA#1)

Noel closed the portal and swiftly exited the room when he heard the bell rang. He should discuss the matter with Izfar soon. *** Summer had ended, and it was time for autumn season. Corresponding to it's season, lately, Noel had been receiving many guests in the form of dwarves and scarecrows, most of them visiting the library to hand Noel pumpkins, instead of reading books.

Cordia's Will: A Civil War Story of Love and Loss

Cordia's Will: A Civil War Story of Love and Loss

Then, Cordia numbly made her way back to the carriage and to her life, without Jaris. A few weeks into October, the sky finally began to change, the wind seemed to shift, and the sun seemed to lessen in intensity. To the citizens of Barton County, it seemed that this cruelly hot summer might finally be over. They were all looking forward to a crisp, cool fall. And, hopefully, the cessation of fighting.

The Many Faces of a Vengeful Heiress

The Many Faces of a Vengeful Heiress

After Summer was sure that Kristen was asleep, she quietly snuck out from the employee entrance with her crayfish. It was already past 11:00 pm. Summer called Edwin over and headed straight to her apartment. Midsummer nights were often described as breathtaking in poetry. In the car, Summer watched as the streetlights flickered across the window. The lush greenery that lined the roads was full of beautiful flowers, and there were plenty of vibrant flowers that peeked out from the residential fences as well. Everything felt so full of life even if it was in the dead of the night. However, just as they were about to reach the apartment, the weather took a turn for the worse. It seemed like it

Summer Child

Summer Child

They’d even discovered some common interests, including an inexplicable love for a random football team out West. The rest of the drive passed by in what seemed a blur with only a stop or two for bathroom breaks and road trip snacks, until they were once again rolling down the main street of Pebble Point. By now, the sidewalks were full of beach goers and summer visitors down from the nearest cities, enjoying all the little seaside village had to offer. It was a perfect beach day - not too hot with a light ocean breeze - and restaurant lunch time hours had just ended. Traffic was a little iffy, but not as bad as it would be on a weekend. And soon enough, Mitch had turned down the small side

, Luciano responded before giving a lengthy explanation. “Summer solstice is the day when we celebrate life and new beginnings. It starts in the morning. The whole town participates, and only a handful of stores are open in the morning, while all are closed in the afternoon. People compete in various sports, and there is a parade. Kids make their floats, and the best ones get rewards in various categories. In the afternoon, vendors open their stalls with games and food in the town square. In the evening, there is music, drinks, and dancing around the bonfire, and it all ends with fireworks.”

Memoir of Summer

Memoir of Summer

"Preliminaries start in summer in Japan. If we are unable to attend, you can stay a little longer to see the start of the Spring Tournament." His eyes widened, then he broke into a small smile. "Thank you." It's not that he was opposed to going back to Japan, nor didn't he want to go either. There was just something unsettling for him to go back without a proper memory of what happened. He was rather afraid of the responses he would get.

Fate of Two Step Siblings

Fate of Two Step Siblings

Pov: Caleb “Bye caleb! I am really going to miss you. I’ll come visit you as soon as I can.” Brianna said as she hugged me. Her hold on me was so tight, I felt like I was being suffocated. I could not believe that the summer was already over. It had gone by so fast. I had thoroughly enjoyed myself. The guys and I took full advantage of the summer sun. We swam nearly every day, we had gone on short road trips to places like the Grand Canyon, we partied harder than we ever had. I grew a lot closer to some of my team members.

Lycans of Lunar Isle

Lycans of Lunar Isle

For the first time, I didn’t care who saw me. I was happy. The sun dipped lower, casting a golden glow over the beach as the End of Summer bash reached its peak. I found myself nestled between Ryker and Jude, their laughter mingling with the ocean breeze. Nova and Sterling joined us, along with May, who had her own wicked sense of humor. We indulged in all the festivities. They fed me little bits of grilled pineapple chicken while we sipped on fruity cocktails. Ryker refused to give up his old man drinks, but Jude downed his pomegranate mojito in two minutes flat.

I’ve read lots of supernatural books but this one is the best I’ve read! It’s got little bit of everything, it deserves way more recognition than it has gotten. Jane out did herself with these last two new books . Extremely talented writer. Give this book a shot you won’t regret it.
