Bad Boy Alpha

Bad Boy Alpha

It was that evening just after the last couple of lanterns had been sent up toward the sky, to start drifting about like tiny stars of good luck, that I was behind her, my chin on her shoulder. The packs were howling in one big voice, the voice of union and regeneration. The sound of home. “I love you,” I whispered. “I love you too,” she said back. And that was it. The war wasn’t over. Our enemies weren’t gone. The world still had chaos waiting around the corner. But for tonight… We had this. Her. Me. And a celebration we almost lost. But didn’t.

My mate's betrayal

My mate's betrayal

“After the war, relations with the North—” “That doesn't matter,” I said and looked at Clare, who had tears in her eyes. “I'm ready for us to enter a new era. Clare will be part of something great, and I want to celebrate it with everything. It will serve to iron out any differences we may have with everyone.” “That sounds great!” said Clare. “I wish we could get married on my birthday; it would be the best memory of our lives.” I smiled, and my wolf growled again and again.

he whispered deeply against my ear. "Did it go well?" I asked, looking up into his face. "They signed everything," Christopher said, a genuine, beautiful smile breaking across his sharp face. "The war is over, Rosalina. The mountain is completely safe. We can finally start preparing for our wedding." To be continued...

The Billionaire's secret baby bride

“There’s no more running, Isabella. Tonight, you’re mine. Entirely mine.” And as the door shut behind us, I knew the cage had fully closed. The wedding was over. But the real story—the war between love, hate, desire, and survival—was only just beginning.

His scarlet queen luna

His scarlet queen luna

I didn't say it but I didn't want the wedding to be anytime soon I wanted it to be after the all thing with Ceros ended but I wasn't going to say it if he wanted it now then I won't object. "We haven't discussed yet but I am sure Scarlet will prefer after the whole thing with the war is over right.." Zane said looking at me I am glad he understood me without me saying a word. "Thank you.." I said hugging him. "You are welcome. I want our wedding to be perfect not were we are standing on the alter but your mind is somewhere else. I know just how worried you are about this war.." he said cupping my cheeks. "You really are amazing I love you.." I said kissing him as the others awed.

The plot is nice. Characterization is amazing. And the most important part that I loved is I am liking the bad boy. For a second, I assumed he was going to reject her. but when he didn't, I almost smiled on that matter❤

Cordia's Will: A Civil War Story of Love and Loss

Cordia's Will: A Civil War Story of Love and Loss

“I didn’t mean to upset you, love. It’s all right. We can wait. We can wait.” That is what she had been waiting to hear. And she began to piece herself back together. He helped her up and walked her slowly toward her home. She did feel a bit ashamed of herself, having practically thrown a fit to get her way. But she had done it for the right reasons, or at least that is what she was telling herself. How she was going to get past marrying him when the war was over, she wasn’t quite sure. But she did know that war changes everything. Perhaps she would not be the same person after the war. Perhaps she would want to marry him then. All she could be certain of was that she could not rightly marry

Craving Their Touch

Craving Their Touch

Marcus joined me, his presence as steady as it had always been. "You are thinking about Leo," he said. "I am thinking about all of it. Alexander. David. Leo. The war. How close we came to losing everything. How different things could have been." I turned to face him. "But I am also thinking about the future. Our future. The wedding. The company. The foundation. Everything we are going to build." "That is a lot of thinking." "I have had a lot of practice." He pulled me into his arms. "The war is over, Clara. The healing has begun. Whatever comes next, we face it together."

The Reaper's Hidden Heir

“But you’re my mess.” I kissed him then, slow and deep, tasting blood and victory and love. His fingers dug into my skin as he kissed me back with surprising strength for a man who’d been shot twice in the last week. When we broke apart, I rested my forehead against his. “We’re married. We survived a war on our wedding day. What now?” Damien’s grey eyes darkened. “Now we consolidate power. We make sure no more ghosts from your father’s past come crawling out. And then…” His thumb brushed my lower lip. “We finally have that honeymoon. Somewhere with a bed and no bullets.”

The Marriage That Never Was Real

"Once we're married, he'll never have another chance to harass you like this." I nodded and leaned against Matteo's shoulder. I knew I needed to marry Matteo as soon as possible and cut off Enrico's delusions completely.
