Sweet Subterfuge

Sweet Subterfuge

Wendy asked Larissa when she heard the noise. Larissa did not let her change the subject. "Carry on with your thing!" "Wasn't I finished?" Wendy did not want to continue, though. "You just said who he was. A complete story needs a beginning, a climax, and an end. If you really don't know how to start, I'll give you a hint—Tell me how you know each other, how you became friends with benefits, how things are going for you, and if there's a future between you two. Stuff like that."

Moonshadow: The Full Saga

Moonshadow: The Full Saga

She finished the story at the Moonstone Grove, at the Coronation, at the Night the Stars Wept. She did not end it with, “And then everything was perfect.” Instead, she closed with: “And then, with scars and new stars and a lot of work still to do, we began. Again.” A quiet fell. Then a pup broke it. “So,” he said thoughtfully, “we are in the middle of the story, not the end.” Luna smiled. “Yes,” she said. “We are.” He nodded, satisfied. “Makes sense,” he said. “Stories are better when they keep going.”

Kings Of The Bratva

Kings Of The Bratva

It wasn't what I had hoped for myself, but it was a start, and I was determined to make it one way or another. Flipping through the pages, I immersed myself in the story that didn't have legs yet, and a sense of pride washed over me. It wasn't ready to be drafted yet, but it was coming together, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Once I returned to the place I’d left off, I quickly remembered why it wasn’t finished yet. There was something I needed to add. An inciting event, or an object that would help steer the story in a new direction. Leaning against the counter, I gazed out the front door and watched as one of the streetlights flickered on while dusk settled in. There wasn’t a single car

Chasing His Divorced Wife

Chasing His Divorced Wife

"He wrote the ending first and constructed everything toward it." "How can you tell." "The image in the opening paragraph appears in a different form in every subsequent chapter. It's a countdown." I looked at the page. "By the time you reach the actual ending you've already experienced it twelve times without knowing." He was quiet. "Read me the opening paragraph," he said. I did. He listened. "I wouldn't have seen that," he said. "You would on the second read. That's why you wanted to reread it." "I didn't know that's what I was looking for."

NEW BEGINNINGS

NEW BEGINNINGS

I could see he is anxious and so is mom. Where should I start on telling them the truth. I don’t know what to say or how to say it, I know I have to start from the beginning but before that I need to do something else. It’s now or never. I took out my phone and scroll through my gallery and found a clear picture of the triplets. I look at them and smiled, my children are my life. I don’t regret having them. After looking at the picture for a few second, I passed the phone towards mom and dad then then I bow my head down. I took a deep breathe then look at them again.

Stories at the Crossroad. (completed)

That meant unless the point of danger was clear and obvious, like in the case of the first world with Doctor Xavier, or until the story progressed to the point where the danger was clear, it was best to assume everyone beside him as the danger while keeping his guard up. Another thing he noted down was how the story suddenly moved quickly. While he had wanted to enjoy the week that he felt would be a relaxing time before Mary would show up, the time was suddenly moved forward. It almost felt as if someone or something was bored of the waiting and decided to push things along quickly. He felt he had a week of preparation, but it suddenly changed to the next day. Granted, the person showing up

Here To Stay

Here To Stay

Infinity thought carefully about how to answer it. "Maybe both. But almost all writers start with what if. What if the one you love so much broke your trust? What if fate is not in your favor, so you can't stay together? All stories begin there. Then the story will naturally flow. Writers are crazy. They will create scenarios and problems from what if’s and then choices will be presented. But they are also the ones who will choose, based on the character or principle of the character they have developed." She was busy explaining, so she didn't notice the man was just staring at her.

The Alpha's Substitute Luna

So I start with his eyes, "His eyes glow." "Oh honey, people's eyes don't just glow, and that's not how you start a story. You don't just get to confuse me the first five seconds of the story and expect me to be okay with that. You explain from A to Z so I can paint my imagination with color." She explains, and I nod, a tiny giggle spills out my tiny lips and I immediately cover my mouth with my hand, getting my serious face back.

The Coochie Diaries

The Coochie Diaries

Something chosen again… not just once. She exhaled slowly, a small smile still on her lips. “I like stories like this,” she said. “Where it starts wild… but doesn’t just disappear after.” Because yeah, the heat matters. The tension matters. But when there’s something after? When both people actually want to keep going? “That’s when it sticks.” Chloe opened the diary fully, turning to the next page. “…yeah,” she murmured. “That one was fun. Let's see whose story is next”

Thank you all so much for your kind words and comments. I love hearing from you. I want to write what you want to read, but how can I know what that is unless you tell me, right? I'm still debating what story to tell next. There are so many options, I'm basically paralyzed in moving forward with one. If I start one, and then I'm drawn to another, I can't just stop the story I'm working on, but it might suffer because I'm not invested in it. Hence, being paralyzed in which one to start.

I haven't read the whole book yet, only up to chapter 187, but I absolutely love this book. The storyline is amazing, and I keep binge reading even at work when I should be working. It's so hard to put it down. Now that I know it's available in paperback, those are going in my cart today.

I'm not even halfway through this book, and I love it already. It's so different from the usual werewolf books I read simply because it's not about dealing with rejection and surviving abusive family. It's so much more than I thought it would be. Please keep on writing like this it's perfect work.
