My steps faltered at the doorway, my pulse spiking way too high.
“You okay?” Camille asked reluctantly.
Her gaze was locked on my fingers, I followed them. They were white, holding on to the vase like it was a lifeline.
I cleared my throat, forcing myself inside. “Yeah,” I mumbled. “What’s the plan?”
Her gaze lingered on me for a second longer, worry furrowing in her brows before she released a breath.
“Most of them are going to goodwill,” she said, already moving to Katrina’s bookshelf. “These will be donated to the pack library. Her other items will probably be sold or repossessed.”
