Lenox straightens his body, putting extra pressure on my attacker's face. The smirk on the Alpha's face gives me the creeps, so I take him in and wince when I see a long, blood-covered knife in his right hand and the stranger's hand in his left. The actual damn hand. Lenox just cut off his hand. I'm about to be sick. I force the lump deeper in my throat to fight back the urge to vomit and look away. Such views are new and disturbing. I've never seen anyone kill someone, let alone do it and be as happy about it as Lenox is now.
