Losing My Voice, I Got Pregnant by the Wrong Man

Losing My Voice, I Got Pregnant by the Wrong Man

There was still a stiffness to them, a slight delay between intention and action, but it wasn’t as frustrating as it had been. I lifted my hand slowly. Tried to form something. The motion didn’t come as easily as it used to. My fingers paused halfway through, adjusting, correcting, trying to find the right shape. It took longer. Longer than it should have. I stopped midway and let my hand drop. It wasn’t like I was trying to say anything to anyone. I just— I don’t know. Maybe I wanted to see if I still could. I looked at my hand for a second longer, then looked away.

Worthless In Their Eyes, Perfect In His

Worthless In Their Eyes, Perfect In His

I just looked at her for another minute and then turned to a fresh page and kept drawing. I drew different things this time, less personal, just shapes and compositions I could use for the competition piece if I decided to enter, which I had not decided yet. I drew until my hand was tired and then I put the sketchbook away and went to wash my hands in the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror while the water ran over my hands. I wasn't tall as I wanted to be. I had a round face, thick arms and a body that took up real space in a room.

But I didn’t want to exaggerate those features in my drawing either. I started with a basic head shape, remembering from my elementary art classes to draw an oval and put a T threw it for proportion. I continued with the body without working on the face or hair at the moment, struggling with the length of the arms and how to draw the fingers in a way that didn’t look too unskilled. I erased my hands several times before I finally decided they were okay. Then, I moved on to the rest of my body, deciding the picture would stop just above my knees.

Very enjoyable. It's great that it's more of a polyamory than a man harem like a lot of recent books are. The characters personalities are well defined and do not stray or muddle into a bunch with the same attitude.

I love this book and think the author is very talented. my only concern is the cost of reading the book is around 100 dollars. I wish it was broken up into two or even three books but it is worth the time if you want to spend that much on 1 book.

Sold To The Alpha Beasts

Sold To The Alpha Beasts

He could draw living things as if his hand had been carved from the gods themselves as well as creatures, people, and anything that breathed or moved. His art had life. Mine didn’t. I had only ever been good at sketching weapons. Clean mechanical lines. Rigid shapes. Blades and barrels, steel and precision, things that didn’t shift or breathe or look back at you. This was different. This was the first time I had ever tried to draw a living being and I couldn’t capture hee. No matter how many times I tried, the lines wouldn’t form the way they did in my memory. The face kept slipping away, refusing to be pinned down by my unskilled hand.

His Brother's Ruin

His Brother's Ruin

He was drawing. She stepped closer, silent. On the paper was not a building, but a hand. A man’s hand, gripping a parallel bar, tendons standing out in stark relief, the knuckles white with strain. It was Liam’s hand, from that afternoon. It was perfect. It was alive with a painful, defiant energy she recognized instantly the same fierce vitality that had been in her own teenage sketches, the ones he’d defaced.

Father, Please.

Father, Please.

There was a teeny, tiny fact that I over looked when I embarked on this overzealous journey of my confession without bothering to change my clothes; I am the least artistic person I know, I had the endurance of an overworked horse, and the stamina of a man in his youth when it came to long distance racing, but my hands were only creative in the bedroom it seems. “How on earth can’t I make something as simple as a fucking heart?” I throw my hands up in the air, frustration seeping out of my pores.

she said. His gaze fell on her hands when he heard that. Due to her hands, she now wrote slower than the average person. Besides, there was already a clear difference from her previous beautiful handwriting, not to mention when she was drawing.

I hate the author. He did not finish the love story for other characters, which is Gu Lichen and Zhong Keke. I've invested a lot, just to read this story, because it's nice. But after a series and continues reading the Author didn't finish for Lichen and Zhong Keke.
the good reader
my bestest best book. very good read. keeping me through the chapters having different emotions yet maintaining suspence and connection. Really good book, full of real passion, intimacy and pure love yet without explicit content.

Right Love, Wrong Alpha

Right Love, Wrong Alpha

A way of enjoying my solitude. The pencil scratched softly against the paper as I shaded the angles of his cheekbones, the dark fall of his hair, the slight furrow in his brow. I wasn’t as good as I used to be. My lines were shaky, the proportions slightly off, and it took me quite a few attempts to get his nose right. But as the drawing took shape, something inside me unclenched. I stared at the rough sketch of Elijah Lockwood. It still needed perfecting, but given that it had been years since I had last drawn something that was not charts, I felt pretty impressed with myself.

Not My Type Of Guy

"It's missing both ears." I watch as he picks up the stick this time and makes on the sand, two medium sized 'c's on both sides of the drawing. We both tilt our heads to the left at the same time and stare at the drawing on the sand. One of the eyes are way bigger than the other and the nose seems to be falling out of proportion, the shape of the head looks like that of an amoeba while the ears he just drew isn't fully connected to the face. "I think it's phenomenal," He says.

Therefore I came up with one, “why not giving it a gap? By creating a gap between your hands they would be space enough for it to stay without getting crushed.” “A gap?”
