Why Are The Volturi's Eyes Red Novels & Stories

Seb looked back at the both of them eyes mixed with shock, confusion and awe. “What is it Seb?” Talon asked. Seb opened and closed his mouth a few times at a loss for words. “Out with it Seb are her eyes black or red!” Marcos demanded. He didn’t understand his usual behavior he had been around vampires his whole life so their eyes should be the least he has to fear. At this point Marcos didn’t care his reason he just wanted to know how powerful she will be. With new vampires it’s all in the eyes. Black eyes are typical, normal so to speak for vamps, however anyone in the royal family are born with red eyes, distinguishing their immense power from others. Although she is a turned Marcos had a

“No… no glitter. Sadly. Might pretty up their dark and drab love of living in old castles and smelly gothic lairs. Not that I can talk, mind you… Darrius is a prime example of what true bloods look like. Red eyes, warm skin…” “Wait, what, red?” Meadow is the one to question in bold shock, and stares at me for a second, blinking as it dawns on her why mine are red too. Knowing fine well all the ones we encountered had amber eyes like ours, or palest orange, always dull though and not glowy like a wolf. She didn’t seem to really take note of Darrius when her focus was on me this morning so I’m guessing she missed his devil look. “Sounds like I missed a whole lot.” Sierra’s face crumples with c

For ten years, I was Vincent's blood bag and his sharpest blade. I offered my rare blood to sustain his ancient power. I offered my loyalty to secure his throne as the Vampire Lord of this territory. I thought my devotion might earn me the eternal embrace of the turning. Instead, I received the announcement of his marriage to Lilith. A princess from a powerful European vampire clan. He said it was a necessary alliance. He said my blood was still precious. But when the sanctified silver tearing through the car,he used my body as a shield, to ensure his bride remained unblemished. That's when I knew. I was never his lover. I was just a consumable resource, a blood bag to be used and discarded.

Demetrius My eyes widen at the scene before me. What is this? Instinctually, I move toward her with the need to assist. Her gaze flicks up to mine and, again, I’m shocked at what I see -- glowing red orbs where her eyes should be, tainted with fear. Let’s recap. There’s a purple aura surrounding her body and her eyes are red like a vampire’s… but she’s not a vampire. She’s human. I know this. So then how?

"She came in contact with a shentuka a few weeks ago, and was unharmed. That's a big indication that she's not ordinary." "It was just one, wasn't it? Warriors were on their way which scared it off," Xavier said, folding his arms. Violet didn't look like a supernatural. The only thing supernatural about her was her peculiar eye color. A magnetic shade of violet that felt like drawing him in no matter how much he resisted.

Fear of death becoming prominent in their eyes, the fire of hope in their eyes that burned with a strong flame earlier, flickering now. The beast didn't wait for her to recover. Pouncing on top of her, he growls at her. Baring his teeth and screaming at her. "Women are weak.....you can't defeat me." "Submit!" Her eyes were changing colours to her dark brown again.... showing her wolf was struggling for control, the dark veins extending up to her neck. And he knew he needs to do it. "No....... don't....." Her voice more of a whisper this time. A tear of helplessness leaving her eyes.

I shrugged, “The books and tv series have vampires shown with red eyes.” “And you want to rely on the information given by the peasants who haven’t even seen a real mythical creature, let alone a vampire?” he asked and I had nothing to respond with, “Be careful from where you collect information, kitten. This world is vast and have more lies than truth.” A dark emotion crossed his eyes like a candle flame flicking from air blown over it. “So you are not a vampire. Then why are your eyes red?” His lips twitched, “Already so curious, my little kitten. I will tell you why it is.”

They looked entirely unrecognizable, resembling creatures that had just crawled out of a violent, bloody battlefield. Through the slits of his mask, Rurik’s eyes glowed like dying embers in the dark, his white shirt had fresh bloodstains that smeared across his mouth. Vlad’s usually cold blue eyes had shifted into a deep, wrathful crimson. His clothes were completely drenched in gore, and his hands looked as though they had been dipped directly into a pool of fresh blood.

He stormed to the wheelbarrow and uncovered the body, flinging the cloth off. “Drained blood, no heart, and now, eyes are gone!! How do you not know of the Valley vampires?! They are engraved in every scroll in the study chambers and even drawn out by artists. Arts which are hung through the entire of the Alpha's quarters!!!” Rudolph cried, raking a wild hand through his brown locks. “We are screwed…” He muttered to himself. I finally straightened my back, this was no joke. “I thought a wild beast did that to her.” I muttered.

I washed my face, my eyes still glowing violet. I stared at my reflection, my eyes still remained violet. I closed my eyes and remembered the research, the dream with Damon. He’d told me about supernaturals and his eyes were red, then the older lady's voice: “When the two royal bloodlines meet and mate, the curse will break, and the king will fall."
