Why Are The Volturi's Eyes Red Novels & Stories

The night he transformed after being kidnapped with his father and his sister, Amber. When Lucifer first told me about Lightning’s transformation and how he saw that same red glow in his eyes, I couldn’t believe it. I went into his room to confirm for myself. Under the moonlight, as he cooed softly, his eyes opened, revealing crimson red. Fear consumed me. Lightning had Lucifer’s curse. He was barely a year old when he began to show the curse and its abilities. Lucifer and I swore to protect him from it—and from himself, but we never succeeded.

Ellis’s voice stays calm. “I know this is the first time I’m telling you. I revealed it to your father, Alpha Eliott, before he died. He must have kept it from you… You were born under a blood moon. The Moon Goddess marked you… one eye for sight, one eye for fate. You were never meant to see the world fully.” I stare at him, rage coiling tight in my chest. “Stop. Are you mocking me?” I snap. “Violet struck me. I bled. I woke up blind on one side. How is that not her fault?”

The Lord's warning was firm as if he could not wait to do what he had just said. How powerful was this man? Beatrice wondered. Just now he has just apparated like a Vampire and..he had that red deep eyes like a vampire? Oh right... Alphas do have red eyes, but why so deep? "Lies." The woman holding the boy yelled, seeing that the other witches had begun to panic. The man in front of them was none other than the Lord or Viscoria and he was a dangerous man. A man that made people crawl on their knees and beg him.

"You seem to be knowledgeable about things. For a normal human to calmly confront a vampire like this, you must be someone who has a collection of journals in her room to secretly learn about non-human creatures. And you must have already encountered one in the past that triggered your crazy obsession." Her forehead creased. "How did you know that?" "It was a guess." She was surprised. He wasn't only sharp but he could see through people without a sweat. "So it's really true? That you are a vampire?" Without him answering her verbally, he looked at him and his eyes that were sea-green turned to bright red. "A pureblooded vampire," she blurted. She had read that the pureblooded vampires had t

Then footsteps, heavy and sharp, stomping closer. Voices slink through, Marc and Velan, those bastards, chatting like it’s nothing, as if they were old friends. Torchlight catches Velan’s face, my hybrid eyes suddenly flares up and turns yellow-green. His skin is sickly, pale with a faint yellow-greenish tint, like there is something wrong with him. I realized only my hybrid eyes let me see this, he hid it so well with a spell. What’s up with him? “Whip’s your tool,” he’s saying, voice slick and twisted as they enter the cell next to me.

The crimson hue of his fur glistened under the sunlight, radiating an eerie glow that heightened the ominous atmosphere. Devin's eyes, once filled with an unsettling madness, now burned with an intensity that pierced through the chaos. They gleamed a deep, blood-red, reminiscent of smoldering embers in the dead of night. It was a visual testament to the untamed power coursing through his veins.

He said and the reporter nodded, walking out of the door. Prince Lucius was sweating profusely as he killed more of the Ravens, his eyes void of any emotion whatsoever as he slit their throat mercilessly. He paused as he felt a sudden sensation rush through his veins. He continued killing those that came close to him but he wasn't feeling normal. He pulled his sword downwards using it to aid standing but he didn't stop killing those that came closer to him. He groaned fiercely as his eyes had become bloodshot in two minutes, he tried to control it thinking his anger was about to surface just like earlier this night but it was nothing close to it. Both Vero and Iki were shocked, causing them to fall backward instantly. "What's this, Vero?" asked Julio, and in an instant, Diana's irises returned to their original color, which was blue. "Impossible!" said Vero. "Red...? Did I just see blood-red eyes? A color that only vampires have?” Iki thought. Diana got up quickly and went straight to where Ika and Fos were fighting. She immediately entered the battle arena, attacked Fos blindly, and on the one hand continued to try to avoid Ika's attacks that were shown to her.

Soren and Victor are looking at me intently, shocked by what I've said. "Red eyes aren't natural, even for us vampires. It's usually because Thirst and Madness are too close to the surface." Victor began to explain. "I think I found my balance when I met you." Soren looked at me and blinked, which made me give a low chuckle. "Soren has almost always had red eyes because he can control himself very well... This is also seen as Status in vampire society because he who can have red eyes and remain in a perfect state of consciousness is seen as balanced and powerful." Victor continued his explanation.
