Chapter 19 The rest of the day Talon and I got acquainted with his pack. I found out the name of the pack is the Blood Bound pack. His full name is Talon Maximus Costas, and he has an older brother that he is estranged from. His whole demeanor changed when I asked about his brother. All I could get from him is his name is Tobias. Their parents passed away when they were boys. Sad. I met the elders who bowed to me, making me feel so uncomfortable.

The fight ends when Gavin strangles Talan, presumably killing him. Kate confronts the transformed Gavin at gunpoint. Before she can act, a sniper’s bullet fired by Pistor from a police helicopter hits Kate in the stomach. Gavin goes into a rage, throwing an assault team member’s body into the chopper and causing it to crash and killing Pistor. News footage in the aftermath reveals that Kate survived. Pistor is implicated in a conspiracy that killed Talan’s father George to take the Gwynek’s land. Talan Gwynek's body was never recovered and he remains at large and is assumed to be responsible for the continued killings, meanwhile Gavin’s true identity as a werewolf remains a secret and Gavin

Talon’s wolf was finally satiated. Talon was rapturous as he removed his teeth from her skin, observing the deep imprints he had left on his beloved wife. There were two pin-sized pricks of blood, but nothing else catastrophic. He was still staring down at it, high on the moment, when she pulled his face up to meet hers. “Make love to me,” she hissed. Talon’s eyes opened wide, looking around at the circle of shifters who had since removed their hoods. “Now?” he asked, his voice excited and aroused.

Clarence flies through the air and falls, rolling to a stop with a broken arm and a leg bent in the opposite way. I glare at her, circling her and Drex and displaying on my face a hate so intense I can see the color black. Seething at me, Drex shifts into his ashen wolf. So please leave.” “I’m here for her,” Talon says, trying to match Mihir’s energy. He would never match Mihir’s energy. Mihir would snap Talon’s neck with one of his fingers. I try to stay hidden but I’m too late. The staircase cracks beneath my feet. Talon sees me and hurries to hold my hand. Mihir refuses to look at the both of us. But I know him. He’s watching through the side of his eye.

I made up my mind to stay strong. All I had to do was have a baby for him, and the transfer of property would be conducted. I could get through it. Later that night, Talon stumbled into the room drunk. In his inebriated state, he started talking. He said, “words cannot describe my hate for women. Life would’ve been better without y’all. It’s been so difficult to even talk to women. I hate it, so much. ” He added, “I’ve been the outcast of my family for as long as I remember. I’m the one who’s always wrong. I’m the one who always has to understand. I’m the one who always has to listen. It has been so hard for me.”

“He’s mine for eternity, Zedekiel, so don’t even think about freeing him.” Zedekiel raised his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright. I wouldn’t dare. He looks very… happy with you.” Talon wiped a bead of sweat from his brow, smirking as he glanced over at Alaric, who triggered another explosion that blasted him into the air and onto the roof of the castle. "Fuck you Talon!!!!" He screamed. “So, tell me,” Talon asked Zedekiel with a grin, completely ignoring Alaric. “is your wife as troublesome as his older brother?”

She picked it up and opened it carefully as she stepped into the room. Damon, I’ve taken a wife. She’s young. She’s not Luna, and she’ll never replace your mother. I don’t expect you to care. I just thought you should hear it from me first. Your father, T.Creed. "Who's his new victim?" Talia mumbled under her breath as she stared blankly at the letter, with her heart racing hard. The letter didn't mention the name of the wife, but one thing she was glad about is that, she wasn't the bride. Someone else had taken her place, but she still felt a pang of pity for the new victim.

He took a deep, gasping breath, and his body began to stir. With a newfound strength, Talon got on his feet, scanning his eyes around the site. His gaze fell on Marcus, the one who had severely wounded him. He charged towards Marcus, who was caught off guard by Talon's sudden revival. With a swift and desperate strike, Talon plunged his sword into Marcus’ heart, ending everything at once. Marcus slipped, pouring out blood from his mouth before he totally staggered and fell. Dead! Talon gritted his teeth in satisfaction but still aimed to end it all with Kael. He stood tall, his chest heaving with exhaustion. He was ready to kill Kael just like he just killed Marcus but as he looked around, K
