Will You Marry Me Under Contract Novels & Stories

“Marriage?” “Yes but a fake marriage,” Mark said quickly. “It would be more like a contract. Just for a year. You’d be compensated with more than enough to cover Caleb’s treatment and more.” Cara shook her head at the absurdity of it all. “You can’t be serious. Who would even ask for something like that?”

I asked her “No I’m not sir, can I leave now?” she asked me, looking frustrated. “ you can leave,” I said and watched as she left my office. I'll marry her, I have to even if I have to kidnap her mother. I'll do that. I called my lawyer to draft a marriage contract based on my terms and have it delivered tomorrow. I don't have time, Tom would be getting married in less than a week and I have to get married before him.

I raised a brow at this, "a marriage contract." "What?" "Look, my grandfather wants you to get married to me, it would take down the scandals and everything else. Now, I don't want to get married to you so the contract states that the marriage would last for 3 years and we would get a divorce-" I interrupted. "Wait, you can't expect me to just get married to you, I just met you and I want no business with you." "Don't interrupt me when I'm speaking. Trust me, I feel the same way but when dealing with someone like my grandfather you've not got a choice, it's either this or you deal with the press."

"Anyways, as I was saying, you'll be my wife for the next 6 full months. The 1st half of the 3 million will be deposited into your account the day of our wedding night and the other half when the contract has expired. Also you must make sure you don't get pregnant whilst the contract is on going. So the contract is in your hands, to agree or not to agree." With what I told her the look on her face was indecipherable. I could not tell weather she was in it or out. But she better agree because the earlier we do this, the we earlier we get this over with. I never thought I will ever think about getting married or even think in those lines worse the type of marriage I want to involve myself in n

’ Valentina knocked on the door. “Pass” was a short and powerful order. “I finished cleaning” I was a little tired and wanted to rest, so I asked impatiently, “Is there anything else?” “Do you want us to go public with our marriage tomorrow? Do you have any comments?” He asked while still looking at the documents in his hand. “No,” she had no say in all of this. It is within the contract; I must do whatever is asked. “Then we will be husband and wife in the company. We will behave as such. Okay?”

The black lace nightgown was so pitifully lacking in fabric that even the most important place could not be covered. This proves that… Maddy thought she was holding a hot sweet potato, which made her blush. She felt like a lowly prostitute who use any tricks to please her guests. Of course, in reality, Marsha hated her coming into her life, but because of the marriage problems between the two families, Marsha still tried to think of all sorts of ways to make Maddy stay in bed to please Lukas. The so-called marriage is just a physical transaction, just like half a month ago she exchanged her first night for a million.

Most probably, Darsh opened a document as he began to read something from it. "Condition number 1: The marriage contract is for two years, after which we will file for mutual divorce. No. 2: I'll pay you to play my wife. No. 3: You must attend every conference and party I'd ask you, without any question asked. No. 4: No one may take advantage of the situation by touching the other. However, it's acceptable with approval. No 5: And the most significant one: We can't fall in love with each other."

So somehow, I came up with a new deal. "Miss Emma. I have a new proposal for you". I saw her expression change that instant. But I ignored it. "I want you to marry me with no condition at all. You and I together forever. What do you say? " She stood up immediately. And declined. "No. I can't. I only agreed to this deal because I wanted a Father for my Daughter. And that for just two years. I want nothing more Please, sir. Don't forget that this is a contract marriage and not a love marriage"

I am marrying you for business reasons Maya not your family. "Believe me, am not happy about this too, but we have to play the part if people are going to think it is real." "Okay, anything else?" "Not really, that's it." "Well do you want to sleep on it or whatever women do when they cant make a decision?" She bit her lip, hard, and forced out the words. "Fine you have a deal. I guess that covers it" "Not quite." he paused as if about to approach a delicate topic. Maya swore to remain calm, no matter what he said.

I failed to recognize such because I was overwhelmed by his sudden disturbance and the mention of marriage. “Sit.” My brows furrowed. Why does he order me around like I am a dog? I snorted and took a seat on the couch. He dragged the envelope nearer in my direction before crossing his arms over his chest. “This is a contract about our marriage. Read it.” I don’t have a choice but to do it so I read the entire contract. It was a normal marriage contract aside from its expiration. In two to three years, the contract will expire as well as our bond as a husband and wife will be nullified as what the contract implies.
