A Hidden Omega

A Hidden Omega

"You let him die because he was guilty; the only difference with me is that I take matters into my own hands." "I only did it once; you do it on a daily basis." Win's voice trembled. Alex looked at him, waiting for his explanation. Win sighed in surrender and began to explain himself. "I was there when I saw his car crash, and I went to help him. When he saw me, still bleeding out, he yelled at me. He told me he could never take any help from a fag like me and that he would rather die." Win took a deep breather. "I guess I waited a couple of minutes and granted his wish."

Violets and Ash

Violets and Ash

“You said you’d win, but now you’re talking about dying.” “There’s always the chance, but I can’t back out of this fight. I swear on everything I am that I will win, and that when I do you will be right by my side. I’ll fight with everything I have, but we complete the mating bond, you’ll feel my pain like it’s your own, and that’s something I can’t live with.”

Maria Balanos
I had trouble putting this down. Probably my favourite so far. Love the way the characters evolve and the interchange between them. Definitely not lacking in lots of plot twists and turns. Just when you thought it was safe… well done, Jane. Can’t wait to read your next books!!
Author K.C Rae
Absolutely beautiful writing, it’s been about a year since I’ve read Jane Doe’s work and I simply cannot believe how much she’s improved (not that she was bad/mediocre before). The story itself kept you captivated with lots of twists and turns, the characters were likable and spice was 4/5 stars

The Art Of Dying

The Art Of Dying

"Because I don't know which is worse. Dying first and leaving you alone. Or surviving and having to feel you die again." "So we don't die. Either of us." "That's not realistic and you know it." I grabbed both his hands, forced him to look at me. "Then we make a pact. Right here, right now. If one of us dies, the other keeps fighting. No giving up. No following each other into oblivion. We finish this. We make sure their death means something." "Willow...." "Promise me, Walter. Promise me that if I die, you'll keep going. You'll help the others reach the core. You'll destroy the system. You'll live."

Mate? Or Die!

Mate? Or Die!

He whispered in my hair. His sounded vulnerable and heartbroken. This must be what Gilly feels and Thorne and every mate that has a solider going to fight in this battle. The fact is not everyone comes back alive but this gives us something worth fighting for. “You won’t lose me. I promise I will come back and we will have the most beautiful bonding ceremony.” I said.

Death Wish

Death Wish

"I knew she would freak out," Death says from behind me in an I-Told-You-So sort of tone "Freak out? You just pulled me through a flipping mirror!" I scream at him, as I cross my arms tightly over my chest "I don't have short-term memory loss, I know what I did," he says snottily, crossing his arms back at me "Why I outta," I lift my fist taking a step towards him "Alright, violence will do nothing," a woman stops us, she had brown wavy hair cascading down her body to her elbows and a golden flower crown on his head with brown eyes, but boy, she was glowing and so beautiful, definitely a Goddess.

Until Death

Until Death

No matter the circumstances and odds against me, I am always ready to fight until death. And let me remind you that I have slain many soldiers, knights, monsters, and beasts. Don't forget how I single-handedly killed ten vicious players. I might not know the power of the Smith or anything about the so-called nectar that General Zod and the familiar voice are requesting from me. However, I am sure of one thing. I am sure that I won't die because "Tomorrow Never Dies."

Office Survival: Everyone Logged Into the Death Game

Office Survival: Everyone Logged Into the Death Game

My colleagues, who at first believed that we had somehow gotten ourselves involved in a scam, immediately changed their tune when they got their hands on the money. "Oh, my God! So, all I have to do is survive for a week to earn so much money? Who even cares about working anymore?" "Hurry and tell us more! Stop dawdling!" The assistant manager, Frank Gideon, calmly chimes in, "What happens if we don't survive? Or if someone quits halfway through the game?" "The game will be reset if all players perish. If there is a winner, the game will end. The players who quit halfway will have to return all the money that they claimed from the gift earlier."

Fighting Fate

Fighting Fate

"Well, someone goes first, or we're all going to die!" Everyone's heads looked around the circle as we tried to figure out who would start. "Oh for the love of the gods!" Cried Bonolo, as she stepped forward. I loved a nonseer. And, he died because of it." Her voice was grim, serious. The platform began to shake again. "I'm gay." My head snapped to Rent. His voice shook slightly, but he held his ground. His eyes swooped to Carrie and she gave him an encouraging smile. "Someone go! Your secret won't fucking matter if we all die!" Yelled Rent.
