she screeches. "Protecting you!" I roar back, my eyes scanning the wisps. The wisps are closing in, their cold breath sending shivers down my spine. I can feel their anger pulsing through the air like an electric current. We stand side by side, ready to take on the wisps. I can see the determination in Winter's eyes, the same kind of determination that made me fall in love with her in the first place. The wisps close in, their eerie whispers filling my head. I can feel their cold breath on my skin as I slash and cut at them with my claws. They're strong, much stronger than before, but I refuse to give in. I won't let them hurt Winter.

With a flap of his widespread wings that sent a blast of air around him, he raised his body off the ground and indiscriminately breathed fire on the grounds, letting out his fury and frustrations on the hidden enemies below.

My entire body was a light yellow fire with bright orange and red tips. Wings erupted from my shoulder blades, spreading wide beside me. They were covered in orange and deep red flames.
